Hot Head Burritos, Holland OH

Every time I get a burrito it falls apart. No one here knows how to roll a burrito. Plus the lazy workers are closed on a Saturday at noon.

I built my own burrito with 1 meat, couple veggies, and queso. It was $11 and half of the burrito was a couple pieces of lettuce, the end of a banana pepper and 2 jalapeños. This is my 2nd time being here but I will not be back

Always good. Only thing sucks. They only have deals on Tuesdays and sundays. Stupid to me but aye. So obly go on Tuesdays and sundays.

When we first moved here, I was on the hunt for a burrito place comparable to the one I moved away from. Hot Head Burritos is it! YUM!

Excellent help making my bowl from the staff. It was not only delicious it was huge. Made 2+ meals for me. (2 meals and a snack).

I'm pretty disappointed in the logic behind how they charge. If I pay for a bowl of food. Why is it an "extra" for most of the bowl to be tomato's or lettuce or any of the items (besides expensive items like cheese or sour cream). I like more tomatoes than rice in my bowl so somehow I need to pay extra. Not logical. I understand there are certain items that cost additional, but if I do not want those items there should not be an additional charge. I did go here twice a week mainly for the sauces but I cannot justify paying extra for vegetables. This store was not like that before. It has only changed recently. I will still go, just not as often. The food is good.

1st time ever going to a hot heads today. Was not disappointed! Will be back! The two gentlemen working were very friendly and informative.

When we walked in the front doors we weren't greeted and the whole time in there staff never had a smile on there face or slightly customer friendly. It made my visit very unpleasant and not anywhere close to enjoyable.

Simply awesome I will definitely be back and will chose you over chipotle every time.you may have a for life customer with me

First time ever been to one the food was tasteful but they had run out of steak and that's what l really wanted
But the staff was helpful in suggesting something different

Very pleasant experience at the Holland location. Brooklyn worked fast and efficiently. She accommodated our special requests. She is definitely a breath of fresh air at this location. We’ve had issues with a couple of employees before. As long as she is working…we will be back! Thanks Brooklyn!

Always good customer service. Food is always fresh. They can work on the speedy service thou.but I think I got a new person. She measured the topping out.lol.love this place. More options then Chipotle.

I just had a horrible experience they have a guy who had just finished with a customer and he didn’t change his gloves when I asked him did you just touch fish because I’m allergic to fish and seafood he said very rudely no! Then he continued making my food while making my sons nachos he was confused asked me what I wanted I said I didn’t order nachos! Now I guess he has an attitude I asked for cheese and said the wrong one and pointed to the correct one and he mumbled something I said huh he said I SAID DONT PUT YOUR HANDS OVER THE GLASS! He has the nerve didn’t even change his gloves bad customer service! You need to be trained better!

This place charges extra for EVERYTHING and it doesn’t even make the difference if you ordered extra or not. They’re just going to give you a little pinch and send you on your way. I’ve learned my lesson.

Always a favorite! Plenty of options whether you like tacos, burritos, nachos, quisadillas, mild, spicy, sweet, sautéed, grilled, etc.

To be fair I've been here 4 times. My main complaint is the rice and beans. Each time they are a bit undercooked. Small item that I can avoid because the rest of the menu is amazing. I haven't tried all meats, but I'm working on it. The best part I really like is the variety of sauces to finish off your meal. It can't all be perfect, but I haven't taken it off my places to go.

Great place. This is my son's favorite place to eat. He even drew them a picture and they hung it up. Staff is always very nice. Food is also good.

I love their food but I hate their service, they are so stingy on meat, always out of meat and grilled veggies. I will never go there again.
