Hot Head Burritos reviews
28Different than Chipotle, but not sure its better. They offer similar meat options, and a couple of different toppings/sauces that Chipotle doesn't have, but they also don't add flavor (cilantro/lime) to the rice. And the chips at Chipotle are made by them, Hot Heads is using store bought repacked chips. IMO Chipotle is better, but Hot Heads isn't bad.
Bland options for vegans. The rice and black beans lacked taste. Would recommend if you eat meat or sauces.
This place is so good! Also, if you get a rewards card, you get a free adult burrito/bowl as a birthday present! And that reward is available well past your birthday!
I got a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was very chewy. Couldn’t even eat the entire thing. My husband asked for sauce on the side and the kid put a TON on top. Steak was chewy too and the queso was meh not much flavor to it seemed like it was cheese wiz. And $1.50 for those chips is stupid the bag has barley anything in it. Not going to be trying a second time!
Not a bad alternative to Chipotle. Huge burritos. Ingredients taste very fresh and the wide variety of sauces is wonderful.
I just waited 20 minutes in line to get tacos for them to run out with the person in front of me. I’m not upset they ran out. I understand that it is a busy day for them. My issue is if they knew they they were running low and you see people were waiting in line make an announcement don’t wait until they are all gone.
Not the best location I have dined. Need more meat and sauce rather than rice. Will stick with Toledo location.
Lady who was the manager was very rude if she's there I go there I don't know her name but she needs to learn customer service
Great place for a burrito or bowl! Very friendly staff, large portions of food, and very tasty offerings. The sauces were flavorful and the protein options were good. The staff was very helpful and had some great suggestions on what to add to my bowl. I found the portion sizes were larger than most of the "other" burrito location in the area. I'd eat here any time.
Basically the same as Chipotle. A little different. Enjoyed the queso sauce except for the added cost. Will try again.
Queso is great.love the pineapple topping option. Think the other big burrito restaurant but with more options like toppings including sauces.
We love hot head burritos. It is way better than chipotle. The food is fresh and flavorful. Also a lot more items to choose from. Employees are nice too.
I will never eat here. I couldn't even place an order over the phone, because we were told he couldn't, even though the website offers to call in an order. Kevin the manager (Strongsville) has absolutely no professionalism.would give a 0 star if I could.
It was fine for a quick bite. You really need one of their signature sauces if you like a Lott of flavor.
Have been here several times. Got the ground beef tacos last visit. Have to say they were pretty greasy. Husband was not thrilled with the chicken in his bowl. He didn't think the chicken was very good quality. We may or may not go here again.
I've always thought hothead to be better than competitors, but this was my first time at the Strongsville location. Food was good but my burrito could have been wrapped a little better. Everyone was friendly.
My burrito bowl was very good they need to put Coke instead of Pepsi for pop but everything else excellent
Another Hot Head Burritos, slowly destroying the tyranny of chipotle's subpar cilantro crammed rice tubes.
Family and I have not been back to Chipotle since trying Hot Heads. Love all there sauces and queso is 100% better too.
