Using Hotcards for the first time to create my custom massage therapy business cards was a game-changer. The quality and attention to detail were superb! I couldn't be happier with the final product. Hotcards has definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

Hotcards did a fantastic job with my custom print band T-Shirts! We sold out at our last show, even our drummer couldn’t get one. We couldn’t recommend their services enough, thank you guys!

I have been a client of this printing & fulfillment company for over a decade. Until just today! We had a time focused mailing that was for a date specific event. Since they do not do their own in-house printing or mailings they failed to get the postcards into the hands of the customers on time. This caused our client to lose several thousand dollars in business. And outside of a "well we're sorry" and a refund they refused to even offer any other compensation, which was warranted in this case. I will make it a point to let anyone know about this. We gave them over 10 days to deliver a first class card locally and they were unable to get it done! There are dozens, if not hundreds of commercial printers to choose from, and these people will never see another dime from myself or anyone associated with us. If you value your print business, take it somewhere else!

Don’t trust this business! I talk to an employee before purchasing the product to confirm the price and then ordered the product online and once the order was complete hotcards sent me a email saying it would be another 180 dollars for 100 business that originally got quoted for 46. This company used to much of my time. Don’t purchase anything from this company.

Worst website experience ever. Tried placing an order and when I click submit it does nothing but keep asking for my credit card information.

I don't normally review much, but I really wanted to leave feedback for this company because the experience has been wonderful. After our other printing company decided to more than double their prices, we tested a few printing companies we hadn't worked with before. Hot Cards exceeded all competition in terms of pricing (incredible prices), service (outstanding customer care/responses), and quality. The business cards we got were really superior quality - finish, cardstock, print, everything was perfect. Thank you so much Hot Cards! We will be shopping with you for a long time, and regret not switching over much sooner.

I had no idea how fast the turn around would be for my cards to be delivered. I also made use of the design department to create my card and was completely satisfied. They took the time to understand my needs and stayed in communication with me through the entire process which made it a painless and an enjoyable experience.
