Love it there, employees are nice to chat with and crystal selection is great. Books are awesome as well. The employees are super friendly and it's also nice if you want to look around. I've been going for awhile now and I've never had a bad experience.

I traveled an hour and a half to visit this store I purchased a moonstone ring. It cost 70.00 when I got home in the bright lights I saw the crack in it, I was heart broken because I hadn't seen any others like this before. When I drove all the way back the following weekend to exchange it which the receipt said you could do the employees and owner accused me of cracking the stone and refused to make it right. The owner said to me that she could not re sell the ring because it was cracked! And then walked away from me as the employees looked at me like I was some kind of criminal! I was humiliated as they questioned my integrity.lessoned learned on my end do yourself a favor and if you are ever in Yellow Springs don't waste your time!

All of your Pagan, Wiccan, and alternative goods in one place. Fairies abound here, and they have pink runestones available. I highly recommend House of Ravenwood.

Amazing store to say the least! Employees are super kind and passionate about what they do! They have a very wide knowledge on the items they are selling and are always more than happy to tell you anythingyou need to know, and or suggestproductsthat may benefit you!

While yes this place is amazing and have items I would of purchased. I will never set foot in this place again. While yes Yellow Springs is mandated to wear a mask. To which I had one on that was lace and completely covering my face. I was ask by one of the associates if I want to have them give me another mask that was better suited for the store after saying no thank you. She then say that I should wear one to protect myself. I stated I had a breathing problem and the mask I had on was fine and then stated I was fully vaccinated. She continue to push the issue. I then walked away with my fiancée and I felt very singled out and it made the one place my fiancée spoke so highly about mak me n very nice ant to return. I should have been able to say no one hank you and she should of just walked away but to push that way at was just wrong I won’t ever return my fiancée wants to but I will never walk in the store again.

I thought we were a society that doesn't discriminate. I do Not recommend. Drove an hr to buy something and they wouldn't let me in. Shame.

Very nice items to look through but 2 older women. One i believe who may own it or at least manager are very short an rude. Will not be going back.

I love coming there. They have everything you could ever possibly need, and then some. I've found some really lovely jewelry here over the years, and all at fair prices. I highly recommend this shop!

House of Ravenwood has something for everyone. From jewelery, to gemstones, to candles and decorations. The staff is very helpful, and willing to explain anything I have questions about. Curious about the smell that is so uniquely House of Ravenwood? Ask them about their Indian Temple incense. It is the major contributing scent and one of my personal favorites.

Love this little shop. One of my favorites when I go to yellow springs! You must stop in here if your in yellow springs.

Full of very cool and awesome things but
unwelcoming environment. Turned off as I entered by the sign about feeding unattended kids to some monster. While one worker was friendly, but another was all over me like I was going to steal something, and the lady at register counter was really rude. I couldn't get out fast enough due to the energy beging projected at me. Will think twice about returning.

Love this shoppe. Make sure I pick something up every time we stop in town. Got Sage this trip. Great staff and great prices.

This was my second time visiting there and the lady behind the jewelry counter was extremely rude. After looking at the jewelry I asked to see a crystal that was in a locked display and was told that she wouldn't get it out unless I was buying it Really, how do I know that I wanted to buy it if I can't touch it? From now on I will spend my money elsewhere. House of Ravenwood is more for tourists now than locals. Shame on you. Extremely poor customer service.
