Communication throughout the transaction with buyers is excellent. From the initial stages of meeting a client to discuss their financing needs/concerns all the way to the closing process Dave is right beside them.

I was very appreciative of both Maria and Dave as their teamwork was very fluid and efficient. Maria was working with me but had to go out of town. Dave picked up right where she left off and vice versa when she returned. This was a first time home buying experience for me and Maria was very helpful in informing me of the entire process. I also was grateful for her patience in answering all of my questions in a timely manner.

I've waited some time since the purchase of my home to give an honest opinion. That being said, like all companies, they try to sell you aggressively on using Howard Hanna Morgate. I heard, if you don't use them, you won't close this deal. My realitor mentioned this roughly 6 times in a two day period. At that point I should have walked. At no point did I feel like my agent had my best interest in mind. After closing and securing the keys, I did a walk through of my new home. During this time, I noticed several things missing that were included in the contract. After contacting my agent, I was told they would write the seller but little could be done. This was Followed by my agent telling me to contact the seller direct. Isn't this what you get paid to do? So, I called Howard Hannah corporate and several weeks later still no returned call. Clearly, once the deal is done so are they! I definitely will never use this company again. Just my personal experience maybe yours will be better.
