We had to switch lenders midway thru the process. My clients could not have been happier. The superior service from Cedric could not be matched. He communicated with me and the buyer daily. Every step was explained and amy questions answered almost immediately. (I don't think Cedric sleeps). The closing costs compared to the other lender saved the buyer a good amount of money that they will use on their new home. Even their monthly mortgage was cheaper. I would recommend Cedric Mims every time. He gets the job done.

She lies through her volatile, hostile teeth and posts false reviews about every business that has staff of any other race besides her own. NO KIDDING RESPONDER! Can't give these people a zero.this has happened three years in a row.stop putting open house signs on private properties. I've had 17 vehicle's pull into my driveway today.because your sign is pointing directly at my house. AND I'M NOT SELLING.get your sign out of my yard
