Did our taxes with Tia Lesley. She spoke more about the presidential election instead of listening to us about our taxes, now our taxes are messed up and we may not get them unless we pay a huge lump sum. Won't be going back.

My tax preparer was pretty cool but I dont like the fact you dont found out how much you get on advance refund loan until after your taxes are already filed. I would have liked to decide if I wanted to accept that amount or not. My refund was 6000 and I got aprroved for 500 and it was instantly on card. I would just say dont expect much if you are going for that.
