Peace of mind is a total joke they dont help at all. Went for 7 years just to be treated like trash, and get left with no answers on the rest of refund and no help at all! Definitely going elsewhere in future.

My daughter just contacted me I dropped her off to look into possibly getting a loan to assist her with Christmas prior to filing her income tax. She qualifies for every year and gets it but this year unfortunately it sounds like she ran into the Christmas HNR block grinch! The young lady explained that she needed paycheck stubs in the loan, My daughter made Mentioned that she was upset because prior to taking making arrangements because she does not have a car she asked them what was needed for these details were not provided and I can almost believe that the customer service value there is probably the low quality. With that in mind the young lady proceeded to process the loan and it was denied so she basically caused my daughter to get denied purposely now we understand that you will reap what you have sold so if the statements are not true then there is no worries however I would not go here to have anything done especially my taxes when you have employees they only work part of the year that lack customer service skills and integrity honesty I am professionalism. Go somewhere else and get your taxes done, she noted that the young lady was at work with an attitude!

My tax agent, Mr. Tripp was extremely competent and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and very thorough. He removed the anxiety of filing my income tax.

Cara took her time and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Getting my taxes done has never been easier

Refunds on debit cards that no longer exists.it took the company 2 months to complete my paperwork for my 2020 taxes.

The representative was courteous and professional, but I don't think I received any tax credits or any additional money that I couldn't have done on my own. I normally do my own federal, state, and city taxes. Since I bought a house, I decided to use a professional service.

Horrible! In March 2021 & I still haven’t received my 2019 tax refund. No one helps you they just sends you to different offices. I tried reaching out for help multiple times. I’ve been documenting everything I’ll be suing H&R Block soon.

Back in April took 2018 taxes there to get done was given run around my taxes came right back bc they weren't allowed to e-file them but they did it anyeays my taxes day there for 3 months b4 I called them n 6 months now nothing's filed missed out on all stimulus checks h &r maple hts sux ppl are morons worst tax experience ever

My tax preparer is extremely knowledgeable and competent. I have the utmost respect and confidence in her.

On 5/15/21 at approx 10: 30am spoke with a female staff member about a problem I had with my taxes. She was rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude when I told her that I did not want to discuss my problem over the phone. She placed me on hold twice. Both times I was disconnected. When I called back the third time the same person placed me on hold again and never came back. I will NEVER do business with H&R Block again.

Resently we have only used your service, not to happy about the cost but would rather have someone else responsible for the changes that the IRS makes every year.
