Penny the "tax professional " is EXTREMELY RUDE. I reached out to confirm my appointment at 7pm and she RUDELY explained that they closed at 7, I politely explained that i made it online and she started screaming ITS A COMPUTER I CANT EXAPLIN WHY IT DID THAT. I politely asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. I called back and PENNY answered again explaining she hung up on me because she's a TAX PROFFESIONAL and I could just speak with her. I explained that she want the most pleasant and I would just rather speak with someone else. She hung up on me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not at all what is advertised about this company online. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS LOCATION AND I WOULDNT IF I WERE YOU EITHER.

Pennie Crose corrected some mistakes on my 2020 return. I returned to her again for my 2021 return. I got approved right away. It saved me from being further in debt.

Sarah was phenomenal and took the time to listen to our tax concerns. She got our taxes done very quickly on the same day.

My experience with H and R Block was okay Gator for me about the tax return and that Internal Revenue Service its behind so it may be a year or so did I get my return well if that be so so be it

I have been going to H&R Block for years and the service I revive is excellent. My tax prepare is always on time and take time to answer questions.

The staff was very great! Very friendly answered all my questions, glad I made the right choice in going there. Mrs. Caryn & Ms. Penny are such beautiful great women. We laugh & talk the entire time. Please forgive I can’t remember the manager name she was also nice she came over and introduce her self.
