Excellent service, we know when we leave H&R Block has done a job where we know the best tax work has been done, She takes time to explain current tax laws and she answer our questions even the dumb ones. When you leave you have a feeling oi your tax prep will never be question and you know where you will be in the next year and who will do your tax return
Jennifer Palagie does an outstanding job year in and year out. On occassions i have tried other H & R Block reps and there is absolutely no comparison, Jennifer is outstanding.
I have been filling my taxes with H&R Block for about 15 years. This is the first year I can't get an advance on my taxes, and the banks reason is because I have been a customer for too long

The service was excellent. Pricier than my CPA in former years, but I am satisfied with the service, timely work, ease of scheduling and meeting, and the competence of my tax preparer. I also like that I was in and out in less than an hour, and my returns were filed by the time I checked my emails that same evening. With previous CPA's, I had to come back a second time to finalize and sign the returns, and this was a hassle with my busy schedule. H&R Block was all same day, one visit, lightening fast completion of service. Well worth the extra cost. I also appreciate the guarantees and extra monitoring and care services that H&R Block offers, and I purchased those as well. Overall, this was a much less stressful event than tax season usually is for me, and the scheduling options and flexibility meets my needs and works better with my schedule than other prep firms. I will be back next year.
THE PRICE WAS SO HIGH THIS YEAR. I JUST HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE NEXT YEAR. MARY WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LOVE TO CONTINUE HAVING HER DO OUR TAXES BUT THE PRICE IS JUST TOO MUCH.
