Our tax preparer, Shuh-Jiuan was wonderful. She was very efficient and checked everything and explained all she was doing. She answered our questions. She was very welcoming too. Great experience.

This was a very terrible experience for me. I should have just walked out as three men hovered over me saying they didn’t know how to do my taxes because they were for New York State. I was shocked at how unprofessional the entire staff was (excluding the manager). I felt attacked by the woman helping me and was uncomfortable the entire time. The pricing was not clear at all and when going back over my taxes I found several errors that I had to have them correct.

Dropped of my tax documents took nearly 3 weeks to get them back after making multiple calls a week. Finally got the call they were completed and waited over 30 minutes while they tried to find my file. I will not go back! Very disappointed!

H&R Block Dublin Ohio has the Worst customer service you will ever get. They messed up my taxes and told me I would have to wait till the manager came in and he would call me. Waited until 5: 30 pm and decided I would call up there. Steve the manager was very rude told me he hadn't even looked over the problem. When I asked why not I was told I can't dictate how they do business and was hung up on. Called back multiple times to be hung up on and then when I asked for the District managers number he gave me the wrong number and hung up. When I tried to call back around 6: 05 to get the correct number I was told he already left. I am now out 250 dollars and they didn't even do there jobs. I currently have a case open with corporate and am awaiting there response. I have always used H&R block but after this year I will never do business with them again.

I would give it a negative 1 if I could! Don't bother calling, they don't answer the phones! I waited over 2 hours to have them do a simple amendment and she didn't even finish! Over a week for a simple return and they lost my W2's in the process! Then had the nerve to charge me $96 for nothing but aggrivation! I'll stick with the stress-free Turbo Tax!

Made an online appointment days in advance, and even received a confirmation email. Office was closed when I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early.
What a waste of my time. I read other poor reviews and hoped that that were written by jaded individuals.alternately that was not so.

Pathetic excuse for a business / management team.

Boycott this location!

Terrible service when I had them during tax season. They tried to overcharge me for their lack luster service. I had to talk them down almost $30 before I would agree to pay.
To top it all off their off season appointment machine is a nightmare to deal with. I schedule an appointment and had to miss a day of work, and they were a no call, no show. Terrible office, terrible service. Go anywhere, but this office.

4th year filling in HRBlock.first time at this location. Appointment system is a big mess but we received and exceptionally good service by Charlie Ream.

I was told it would take 3 days, but didn't hear back from them for two weeks. They never returned my several phone calls, until 9 PM the night before tax day. They expected me to drop everything and come in to sign for release. Yeah right. Very unprofessional and horrible service, I would never come back here again.

Still waiting for my papers it's been 6 weeks and the guy I went to does not return my calls. Will not go back. I went in with an appointment with one person. They did not show up to work so I got stuck with the other guy and it's been problems since. Very disappointed. Do not go here!
