Hubbard Park Place, Columbus OH

The Wood Companies has been fantastic to rent from. Everyone is so nice and always able to help at a moments notice and try to go the extra mile! The apartments are perfectly situated in the best locations and have access to the best amenities you could hope for!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Hubbard Park Place! The amazing rooftop experience is second to none! One of the best places in Columbus to watch the sunset while lounging in their gorgeous pool or hanging with friends in the wonderful seating areas inside and out! The staff are friendly and easy to work with and take great pride in catering to the needs of their residents. I would highly recommend this property!

Hubbard Park lacks amenities. They lease what should be common area as office space, and dub a random closet as the "fitness room. ” Pool is nice during the summer. The washer and dryers rented to tenants and are extremely compact - something you’d see in an RV. Packages are always getting lost or returned because they refuse to use Amazon Key like most apartment buildings. The newly constructed apartments downtown offer sooo much more.

Beautiful place to live! Amenities are awesome and the location is perfect - in the heart of the Short North but just a bit off High Street so more of a neighborhood feel (and across the street from the park, which is nice).
