I was very disappointed that after the job was complete the team forgot to turn back on the furnace. The air temperature was down to 29 degrees - so glad the pipes didn't freeze.

They must pick what reviews because they tried to rip me off selling parts that were not defective etc and convince me my daughter needed a new furnace which is 8 years old had everything taken care by Rn Smith who verified the parts Hubbs claimed to be defective were not and furnace in excellent condition beware of this company!

I called to request service on two furnaces. I had a very diligent and respectful repairman at my home within a couple hours. Both units were inspected and adjustments were made as required.
The service charge was very reasonable.
I will definitely use their services again in the future as the need may arise.

Great customer service! I called and a real person answered the phone. I described the problem and a technician was at my house in about 2 hours. He came in and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend Hubbs!

Hubbs Heating & Air was amazing. Someone answered the phone as soon as I called and they had a technician here within 2 hours. The technician was very thorough and diagnosed the problem quickly. The were able to get the part next day. On time arrival for install, worked efficiently and we were back up and running with heat.
It was a great experience. Nice and easy!

Service started out good. Alija was very friendly and informed. They came quickly to service my thermostats. We replaced it. I called in a second opinion when the thermostate was not working. He said it was not hooked up properly to convert over to heat pump. 500$ later we got it working. I called to try to get a credit on thermostate with no response. Mean while I had a appt to clean out vent in dryer. Alija could not do due to location of dryer. I don’t think he was happy bout thermostate issue. But he was still cordial and said he would need to come back with help. Never heard back. Pearse (dispatch) finally called but did not have all the info and was to ck on all my concerns. Never heard back. Did however get the quote finally on the garage heater install that I requested, however a tech was supposed to come first to evaluate and advise what unit I would need and how much it would cost. That never happened just a random quote in email.
I’m so disappointed in the customer service we get these days. No choice here but to move on. Still waiting for that vent clean out. Oh boy….

Tech was knowledgeable and friendly, Victor did an excellent job of installing my whole house humidifier. Price was very good, less then many other estimates.

My furnace went out and they were at my house first thing the next morning. Didn’t seem like we were going to get it resolved the same day at first, however Dwayne came through and saved the day. Thanks again for doing one last check before calling it a day! Will be using this company again when I replace my furnace and A/C

Showed up the same day and fixed my furnace the next morning. Would have been cool if they absorbed the diag fee into the service fee.

Hubbs was amazing. Hubbs was the only HVAC company to give me a ballpark quote on the phone. They even sounded sad when the price ended up being $20 more, but still 1/4 of the exact same corporate HVAC fix cost. They fixed my heat pump defrost issues in 30 minutes the next day and saved me from the other overpriced corporate wannabe commission HVAC used car salesmen in the process. I'll definitely call them when my 9 year old system kicks the bucket.

Would highly recommend Hubbs for any heating and cooling issues. Jesse was very knowledgeable in all that he did and explained about the issue very thoroughly and what the next steps would be. Does a outstanding job!

I have a mini-split unit that was not throwing out hot air. Think of it as a furnace and air conditioner unit that is mounted on the outside of the house. Then, lines connect the outside unit to wall mounted, indoor "blowers, " if you will. I put in a claim in to my home warranty provider, and they sent Hubbs Heating and Air to my house. The technician (Victor?) arrived right on time. He listened to me explain what was going on, what I had noticed, etc. He thoroughly checked the unit out, and found a freon leak that was causing the problem. These units use freon to generate hot and cold air. He called his manager, who was worried my home warranty would not cover the repairs. About 15 minutes later, after the manager talked to the warranty company, the tech said any and all repairs were covered. The tech worked for another few hours, and showed me where the person who hooked the unit up for me had done an incompetent job. I appreciate their hard work on getting the claim processed. I also appreciate the tech for working in 28 degree weather to make my house warm. In the future, I plan on buying another mini-split, this time from them, and letting them install it They KNOW what they are doing! Tom Gordon, Esq.
