Hudec Dental, Canton OH

Nope my experience was horrible you people tried to give me someone else dentures your going to get reported also I’m going to get someone fired I will be contacting the insurance company and I better not get billed because I didn’t get any service also my last visit there before the one on Friday they hade gave me my dentures already I was seeing if you would give me someone else and you did your getting reported you get no star from me.

I love Hudec Dental. They are amazing. Doctor Vic is so nice and knowledgeable. Their staffing has the best bedside maner, and believes in no pain. They even tell you what they are going to do and what to expect. And there is little to no waiting time.

I would definitely NOT recommend HUDEC DENTAL! I called over a month ago to get an appointment for my son - mind you he is an EXISTING patient. I was told at that time that they weren't making appointments for December and to call back 2 weeks before I needed it.
So today I called back. Guess what -not only do they NOT have any appointments available - they won't even make an appointment for January as they aren't booking that far out. After going round & round with the person - she advised - I find another provider so I can be seen sooner. WOW!
So glad they have been his dentist for several years and now when they are needed - they aren't interested in even MAKING an appointment.
Terrible customer Service for Sure!

Well I had high hopes for this new dentist. Currently waiting for my first initial visit that was an hour ago. Been sitting here with a bib on for 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Took over an hour from my scheduled appt time to be seen by the dentist.

I am a patient there and have been on the “wait list” for an appointment since July of 2022. We are now a couple weeks away from 2024. I call once every few months to check on the status of the wait list and make sure to tell the receptionist that my pain is getting increasingly worse. I am treated like I am a huge inconvenience/annoyance every time I call to check. I feel forgotten. To make matters worse, I come here to check the reviews only to see that many others have mentioned being able to WALK IN for an appointment or only have to wait 1-2 months for an appointment? What gives? Why am I treated like a burden and left to rot on some list for a year and a half while others can just call and get scheduled? Ridiculous.

Very pleased with the entire staff - those I’ve encountered anyway. They have calmed my anxiety of dentistry.

Everyone in this office is very kind. Made me feel very comfortable.
I can’t wait till everything is done.

The first picture of me is with my old dentures as I said earlier, the staff is very kind. I love each and everyone of them but whoever is making the dentures made mine horribly they’re too big to they’re too long. My gums are very long on the dentures I am very Dissatisfied I don’t blame the staff in the building. I blame the people that make the dentures.and also the dentures are lopsided.

Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. Dr Baik explained everything that I needed done where I could understand it.

Best dental experience I have had in my lifetime! Usually I suffer during any dental appointment/work but Dr Baik and team treated me more gently than ever previous experienced. My thanks to them and to Hudec Dental. Also note they do take VA.)

Coolest dentist office ever! Dr Baik, Nicky, and the entire staff are both personable and accommodating. I still have work to be done but, I look forward to Hudec!

We came to hudac Dental about 2years ago and so glad we switched we love the dental office and Orthodontist they are all super nice and got a good manner about them selves and is respectful!

I went here for a cleaning not too long ago with Billie. She is such a kind soul and makes me laugh each time I come in for an appointment. She always makes you feel so comfortable and welcome! My little brother was also seen by Nikki for treatment. She was so kind and gentle, and even let him get a little toy before he left! He is normally nervous for check-ups, but Nikki makes him feel much better about getting his treatment done! Thank you Dr. Baik and staff for being so lovely!

I would NOT recommend going here. I had to have 5 fillings, 3 on one side 2 on the other, for what I was told were “very small” cavities. The dr and hygienist were very kind, but the woman who actually did the fillings (Nikki, I think?) was extremely rude and outright condescending at all three of my appointments. Also, she must have messed up my fillings BADLY because I have had nothing but extreme pain when trying to eat ANYTHING, even extremely soft foods, for the last two weeks. I called to ask if this was normal, and the woman who answered the phone mentioned that It was in my chart that I “needed a root canal, and was made aware of this” which I absolutely was NOT. I am waiting to find a different dentists office to try to see if I can get whatever damage they caused fixed because there is absolutely 0 chance I ever come back here.

The dentist is a sweet heart and her nurse was as helpful as could be expected Very good experience Would recommend them to others

Billie the hygienists is the best. When she is cleaning my nap he touch is smooth I fall asleep.
