I have been living here for 2 years and don’t have any plans to leave anytime soon. Rent prices are fair, everyone is super friendly and waves at each other.

I only have 2 small complaints and those are that there’s no real communication between tenant and landlord. It’s hard to get ahold of them via phone or email, and the other day someone came and power washed our house (which is great) but it was at 9am and it scared us because we didn’t know what was going on, we just heard super loud noises and our walls and windows were shaking.
The other issue I have is I wish there were more amenities within the park, like a room to rent for events, more neighborly fun things or maybe even a pool!

Overall the place is well kept, the maintenance guy is actually funny and easy to talk to, and any interactions with Theresa or Roger is overall positive.

Save yourself the stress and don’t live here not only is Teresa a complete loafer who chain smokes in her office which is illegal she will also fraudulent charges you after you leave out of spite cause you tried to get her to do her job while there. You know like her simple job. It is not worth the hassle. Terrible company too I mean good luck getting s hold of cowrpeeate it’s no wonder Teresa’s so content to sit there collecting s check they don’t do anything either then they’ll respond saying to email them at we care and no one answers cause they don’t care! They don’t even respond to the better bussiness
