I came to the dealership ready to purchase a new vehicle. I left with the new vehicle a few hours later. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Thanks George Maury for helping me with my recent purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Before I decided on the Rogue, I test drove numerous mid-size SUVs and some cars. George was patient with me and answered all of my many questions. He even let me test drive a used Rogue that had just come onto the lot and hadn’t been detailed yet. George is friendly, easy to talk with and follows up with his customers. I highly recommend him if you’re in the market for an additional vehicle.

I just completed how ever many car purchases from Roger Cochran. Simply stated- I keep going back because it’s the best experience. I don’t want to deal with a dealership or sales people who try to “sell” me or use silly tricks to “put you in a car today”. I want to go in, look at the car, drive it and walk out without with any pressure. If I want to buy the car, we make an appointment to come back to sign the paperwork. That’s not a long process and I’m gone. Couldn’t be easier!

Hugh White in Athens has great service and support. I've gotten 4 to 5 cars from them never had any issues. Tyler Stiles is wonderful salesman and always helps you out with a car.

I contacted Tyler Stiles because I was looking for a specific exterior color and trim and had no luck finding it on my own. Within days he had gotten me the exact car I was looking for in. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and easy.

I gave the dealership almost two weeks to respond before leaving a 1 star review. After my experience, that’s still being generous. They made ZERO effort to contact me. I made two phone calls and emailed the director of service about my experience. I was going to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership until incident. I dealt with two rude people and eventually hung up after getting transferred around so many times.

I recently moved to the Athens area and brought my 2020 Nissan in for service. I am also in the market for a new Pathfinder and considered your dealership until my most recent interaction with your service department. As someone who only has my vehicles serviced at brand dealerships, I take my service experience just as seriously as the buying experience. When a customer calls in, it shouldn’t be a difficult or daunting process to get the answer one is looking for. One shouldn’t need to be transferred 3-4 times before getting the answer. (Still didn’t get it, because I finally hung up.) It was just a disappointing experience and I wanted to avoid taking my vehicle all the way back to Columbus to have it serviced at the dealership I bought it new at. I wanted to share my experience with you, because I know service is an important part of the car buying process and don’t want another customer to feel alienated or overwhelmed.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and we had amazing service. All staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful, which unfortunately wasn’t the case with a couple of other dealerships we’d been to. Our salesman, Tyler Stiles was top notch. We will definitely be back for future vehicles!

Incompetent mechanics and repair service! Cost 400$ and 3 weeks to get my truck looked over to find nothing out but what I told them was wrong! What a joke! Stealing money from people!

Price is way to high first you charge a full hour rate to scan my vehicle that was looked at around 1: 00 and i received phone call from matt at 1: 19 tellin me what i had already told them was wrong with vehicle.than you chared me another 129.00 for another scan, also you charged me 30.00 for repair order.so my total cost just to buy crankshaft position sensor and r&r same ended up costing a total of 445.37.this price is way to high for 10 mins job to change the sensor and maybe 15 mins to scan a vehicle.i will never bring a vehicle back nor will send anyone there for anything.

My salesperson, George Mauzy, took the time to really listen to my needs and found a vehicle that met every request I gave him. He was knowledgeable about the cars’ features, thorough, and followed through on every promise. All of the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
