Human arc helped me when no one else would! I lost my voice over 20 years ago, and no matter what kind of insurance I have had thru work, it never covered an ENT specialist without costing me an arm and leg. Human Arc covered me 100% and allowed me to get this long needed surgery which made me not only have a voice but also allowed me to breathe again! I will be forever thankful to them and don’t have an ounce of bad to say about them. Customer service was great and helpful! 5 stars all day!

Many of the one star reviews are misled. Human Arc does not determine your benefits. They are a company that works in conjunction with hospitals and individuals to help individuals apply for different government benefits they MAY qualify for. They are not a scam and they do not steal your money or information. They work with the government agencies so that an individual does not have to navigate it alone as it can be difficult and taxing. Not everyone can get benefits unfortunately however that is not due to a decision made by Human Arc. They make money by helping you get approved, not by scamming you. Yes they will make early or late calls or home visits if deemed necessary to get the information needed for your government case. I worked there previously for 3 years.

I waited 6 months only to be turned down. When I can't even stand for no more than an hour and I am in severe pain in many places of my body. With problems that continue to get worse. I've been dealing with my physical problems since 2017. I seriously need help.

Human arc helped my son with his disability claim 2 years ago he was awarded. My baby boy was denied, currently helping me with his appeal process. This is a great company, they help you every step of the way, and keep you updated with everything.

Sent an employee to my house at 9 am knocking on my door after i released from the hospital. That is totally unprofessional and intrusive

Beware. If you read through these reviews, you will notice that a large part of the workday at Human Arc is scrubbing bad reviews on the internet. Not much time spent on accurately completing the forms seeking assistance. The agreement that you sign with them is their shield whenever there is a question or problem. HIPPAA-HIPPAA-HIPPAA. Or as I call it, How to Steal Using Bureaucratic Mumbo Jumbo. You sign up, they get 25% of your money

For a supposedly caring organization they are biased politically and have no caring at all for employees who become sick.

They are the most caring and compassionate employer. They care about their employees and customers.

Took almost a year to get health insurance. She kept telling me the same thing over & over again. I was pregnant at the time & needed health insurance aimed at pregnant women & ended up getting it a month AFTER I had my daughter. I told them since I'm not pregnant anymore I do not need the special insurance for it.

Extremely Unhelpful! My son was diagnosed type 1 diabetic and referred to this group through the Cleveland Clinic. Apparently they get paid to help us navigate the financial aid process and Ohio medicare. Their communication was terrible and we missed a deadline so they closed the file and have basically refused to help us anymore. Like a prior review said this seems like a scam. They do the bare minimum to make sure they get paid and don't really care if they help you or not.

Never return phone calls. Employees are inexperienced and will make mistakes on the application. Asked to have a supervisor call and no one ever did. These people are just trying to make money off of the disabled and the indigent. Be very aware.

I never review cold calls but these people have been calling for weeks and I've told them I know what my credit is like, and they are not on my list. Scam, fake, do not give any info to them. You can play with them if you want though.

Totally misled, horrible experience that cost me disability because these people dropped the ball. Put your trust in Human Arc and lose everything!

Another greedy company hiding under the illusion of a non-profit. Don't let these people fool you, they are in it for the money
