Met at our vehicle for our adoption appointment, led us to the room to see the boys and were never far if we had a question. Very clean and sanitary and friendly!

We recently adopted a doggie from here, and it was the BEST experience! Stephanie assisted us with the adoption, and was an absolute pleasure to interact with. You can tell how much she loves the animals there, and her insights to our dog's personality were invaluable. They do so much for their animals: micro-chipping, shots, de-worming, heartworm testing.everything to ensure their health! When it comes time to get him a fur brother, we are going here!

Caring staff that does a lot for all of the animals in our community. I have adopted three pets from them and have done volunteer work for them. Great organization!

Cats got fixed and even found one had tapeworms and solved all issues and on time picking them up. Thank's so much!

Some of the kindest and most reliable staff and establishment. Always clean and fuff of amazing animals, that are not just cats and dogs. They have worked with me multiple times to find the perfect pet for our home and they take in consideration your lifestyle and home and even previous pets to find the perfect match. All the animals are treated with incredible care and love and their housing in above adequate.

We could foster Lily for a few days to see how she did with our other pets and home environment. She did very well so adoption going through soon. Staff was helpful and caring, good people if you’re thinking about pet adoption!

Not as many animals as i thought they would have. However, really awesome to see the ones they have.

Rude, my dogs (Pitt bull) attack my Yorkie and I called to have them picked up and got sorry we have no room.

I was so happy with how things were handled. Unfortunately there's still a debate about my dog's age and another small issue but, I got a super awesome dog that is priceless! Best place to start looking for a pet! I'd do it all over again if I could!

A great place to find a new best friend or companion for you or a family member, some pets might take a little bit to warm up to you but they'll love you to the end of the universe and back!

The staff here is A-MAZING. They are so helpful and caring. They helped me multiple times with caring for stray animals in my community. This is a wonderful no kill shelter.

There is a large variety of animals here. All the workers were nice and allowed me to stay a little after they closed because I was interested in adopting. Due to extemporaneous circumstances, I didn't end up adopting through them, but I DID have my pet neutered there. They did a great job with that as well.

No kill animal shelter, great staff working on a honest goal, happy homes. Go here first in your pet quest.

Well went to this place to get my dog license, when I showed them my letter from the county the lady is like we can't except that form.but then she gives me the same form to fill out n sign.duh.people are so stupid.

We adopted our first rabbit here years ago. After he passed away we looked at other rescue groups but ended up coming back to Dayton for our next furry friend. I am glad we did because the entire facility is clean and well cared for, as are the animals. You can tell the staff puts in hard work to help find loving homes for all of their adoptable critters. I would highly recommend swinging by if you are trying to expand your own family with a new furry member.

Having to wait to adopt an animal, give them all this personal information to turn around and be told three days later someone else already adopted animal. The adoption system is broken for satellite stores. A note needs to be put on the cage that the animal is in the process of adoption and not let people build hopes. Terrible customer service!
