Hungry Howie's Pizza, Lakewood OH

Fine service and product in store, but why was I redirected to an Indian call center to place my order?

I honestly think they do great! As many chains get a bad name, they are consistent with getting the order correct, & the pizza looks & IS delicious.

Pizza always tastes amazing, and the delivery is always on time and the food is always hot.

I am complaining about the pepperoni. It is so spicy my nephew who has been eating your pizza for over 4 years, now won't. Eat anything with pepperoni cause he thinks it's going to burn his mouth. I worked at and have ate my hair share of pepperoni from Hungry Howies until recently during Covid. Apparently the recipe or the distributor has changed. I am very disappointed they do not want people who have been long 5ime customers of this change in product.

It's football pizza. Nothing to write home about, but that's what you want from football pizza.

Ordered pizza, wings, and the Cajun bread, all delicious and ready right on time. I'll be back for those unique flavors!

I received In my mail today a advertisement for the “Mix & Match” $6.99 each. I called tried to order the “howie bread & cookie” and was told I can’t do the cookie. When right in front of me, the list with the “Choose any two” does indeed say BOTH the items I was trying to get.
False advertisement, manager refused to make it right and he just said “I just work here”

This store is always on their game. Most orders are delivered earlier than the estimated arrival time and staff is always very friendly.

Their pizza is ok.
I've had better, I've had worse.
But the facility was clean when I walked in.

I get the same (INCREDIBLE) item every time I go. The pizza “sub”. It’s called a sub, but it’s more like a fold over. I add pepperoni. I lived far away for a couple years and thought about this sub all the time and missed it deeply. This place rocks, try the pizza deluxe sub!

LOVE this Hungry Howie's I got the bug for their pizza when I lived in Florida.and they had locations galore! When I stumbled on this one I was shpilkes! And they do everything just right Everybody's nice and seem happy- a real rare thing to see nowadays. BUT ~~ it seems that we live 4 BLOCKS out of their delivery area, and they won't even let me meet them at the gas station on the corner OPEN A LOCATION TO SERVE WEST PARK! Meanwhile, I'll be seeing them in person. SOON!

Pizza was excellent. Very tasty and done just right. However, not so true for the Antipasto Salad. Ordered a large salad, most of the pieces were hard or wilted it was supposed to come with Salami, Ham, and mozzarella cheese. The Salami was such a skimpy portion, and the Ham and the Cheese were totally left off and omitted. I certainly did not get what I paid for was totally disappointed with the salad that I threw out over half of it. I guess the moral of the review is that it's best you stick with just ordering pizza.

Food was good but employees are rude. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing face coverings and the employees treated me very rude for it.
