Hunter's Creek Apartments, Cincinnati OH

The replacement carpet that was brought did not match the existing carpet, therefore, carpet from the linen closet floor was disturbed/cut out and moved to the area of repair. The linen closet carpet no longer matches the original carpet and the area of repair appears rushed and poorly done. Pieces of unused carpet was littered outside my hall door and outside of the main entrance door.

I am living in this apartment from last one year and I must definitely say that it is in a great location. It is very close to Kroger, Target and many good restaurants. The Rec Center is not far and it is awesome. Community is a diverse and the people here are calm, nice and friendly. Also, there has always been enough parking spots. Apartment is well maintained in a clean and tidy way. Also you will find it very calm and peaceful. Also room space is very good when compared to other apartments nearby. The only con of this apartment is they don’t have washer and Dryer Hook up. Mantainence services are also good and they are very responsive. I really recommend this place! The rent is not bad compared to other places nearby,

Great place to live. Lived here for over two-years before having to move to a difference state for work. Great management team that knows you by name and will above and beyond. Quiet and safe area with good neighbors.
If I moved back to Blue Ash, I would definitely look them up again!

We had a private party at the club house. It's a nice little place. Full kitchen, T V, little deck over looking the pool. Not much parking.
