Lived there for a year and a half, paid insanely high rent for an apartment that had disgusting and old carpet, and a nasty old shower. They turned our apartment into a “luxury” apartment by adding marble counters and faux wood floors, but we couldn’t get new carpet? !? The blinds were discolored and the guy that lived above us was a loud mess.

The leasing agent was a nasty, rude woman, and we later found out that people, that moved in after us, paid lower rent, for the same floor plan.

We broke our lease going into the second year, this place was so poorly managed, and it wasn’t worth what you paid in rent.

Lived here for awhile then had to leave while I paid all my rent on time, kept my apartment and garage clean and had no complaints against me. Talked to the upstairs neighbor and they did the same thing to her and she had to leave. This will stay on my record for 7 years now! Not funny at all! This apartment complex screws people over.

Can’t wait to leave this. They advertise granite suites in some apartments that’s great and all but the ones that don’t have old very outdated white cabinets and counter tops. I would say they are original when they first were built. Lobby area of my building has broken tile and is never clean, same goes with the hallways of the building. The ladies in the office give attitude if you bring a complaint to them and they often go ignored. Maintenance sometimes takes for ever after you place a call and most of the time they are bandaid fixes. Only plus is the location, close to freeway, shopping, and my work.

Your "team" is not there to help. You haven't had adequate or proper help in the leasing office since 2016 when Samantha left. Whenever we tried to complain about something or offer a suggestion, we were met with a snide attitude and dismissive comments. I have communicated most of my grievances with Hunter's Manor adequately, and according to friends still living at your complex, most of them have been left unaddressed. I believe the only reason you offer to "help" in response to a review is because people now have the option of informing prospective renters on sites like this one through reviews.
In addition, anyone thinking about renting one of your three bedroom apartments should be aware that the master bedrooms and bathrooms, which were constructed over the garages, are unbearably hot in the summer and unbearably cold in the winter. They should be prepared to invest in extra room heaters and fans and/or air conditioners. Also, while it should be assumed that anywhere up to six people will be living in a three bedroom apartment, management does not take that into account when providing in-suite washers and dryers. Marginally effective machines are installed, and large families attempt to use them as often as needed, and then they break and break and break and break. I cannot even estimate how many times we contacted the office for repairs on the laundry machines. Many times, the "fix" was to bring us a machine from another apartment, which I then had to clean (it was brought in with the previous tenants' dirt on it and in it). Towards the end of our stay at Hunters, the only way we got our washing machine replaced was to inform the office that it was taking four hours to wash one load, as it perceived loads to be unbalanced and would then drain and refill - for hours!
There you have a few more of our concerns. It will remain to be seen if anything is ever done about them.

Office staff is very rude and give nothing but attitude when you have a complaint or concern about something, won’t address issues you bring to their attention and the cleaning lady has not been in my building in forever, dirty entryways and the machines on the wall to spray Help with odors has been empty for the last year, hallways smell awful

I have been living at Hunters Manor for many years, and cannot say enough good things about the complex and the staff! Love my apartment the skylight, fireplace, and all the amenities that are offered. Exercise facility provides all the necessary equipment, without the monthly fees and crowded gyms! The pool in the summer is never crowded and always clean, I know that everybody does a great job to maintain and keep all the grounds looking clean and neat! Office staff pleasant and helpful. Buildings are always nice and clean, but even when any incidents happens bringing something to the staff's attention it gets fixed, or cleaned right away! Maintenance crew is great very knowledgeable and with maybe very few occasions of having to wait a little bit longer for something to be taken care off, everything is worry free. The only thing I would have liked for management to change is online rent payments. Overall Love it and very happy to call this place home
