I made an appointment far in advance because of COVID precautions. I was on time, the doors were locked, and two tellers ignored me as I tried to grab their attention. What is the point to making the appointment?
When did Friday hours change?
The past 3 weeks I have been able to use bank drive through until 6: 00
Now I see on your website hours are 9: 30-4: 00
What’s the point - anyone who works - many until 5: 00
And go in at 8: 00 or 9: 00
Impossible to use the bank - ridiculous!
The tellers are outstanding! Always kind and thoughtful and willing to help in any way. Great job people keep it up!
Extremely rude bank tellers. Terrible experience had much better experience with discover bank.
Giving them one star is too many stars. They lie to customers and when you try to talk to them about their lies they kick you out because they want your money they don’t actually want to help you. By far the worst Huntington bank out there
I am not liking the negative reviews because they are some of the nicest people. The most I've had to wait was 10-15 minutes when I was in on a Friday behind a line of 4 people waiting as well. This is the bank I go to on a weekly basis too. They have plenty of staff as well. It's a "bank" you will have to wait at times.
This bank is just so horribly staffed I get upset every time I'm in there. The employees themselves are polite. But it's just so SLOW that I would rate a 0/5 if I could.
I'm reasonable so I keep giving them another chance, & every time I come back thinking they couldn't possibly take that long again, they set a new low. Not a bad bank if you have all the spare time in the world and don't mind waiting around forever.
