I used to love Huntington. Not anymore. It seems COVID is their excuse for poor customer service. I have had a few bad experiences with customer service along with 2 branch locations. Just terrible. I won't be banking with them in the future.
Don't bank with Huntington! I put a check into the ATM, it kept it, didn't cash it, and locked my account! I had zero access to all of my money! It took weeks to ahold of anyone and they told me I can't cash checks through the ATM! That I have to go inside anytime I need to cash my checks! Who has time for that when they close at 5pm! Do not waste your time with them, they inconvenience you at your COST! That is if you work until 5pm, or if you have to go out of town, you'll have no way of getting to your money!
