Huntington Bank reviews
8Did email.no response as expected.no response to specific questions in previous review either. I guess mediocrity is your goal rather than accept constructive criticism and try to improve
Cortland branch has to be the worst. Long wait times, appoints needed for everything.the list goes on.
Atm stole 300.00 from me and they are not doing anything about it so basically they stole money from a customer's account. If it doesn't get resolved fast I will be fileing a complaint and a lawsuit.
Employees are nice but always count your money before leaving this bank. I have been given the wrong amount making withdrawals before.
We’ve been banking here for 3+ years. Never any issues. People are incredibly helpful and polite. Wouldn’t recommend any other bank.
Great service and everyone working there is always extremely friendly and nice. I've never been to another bank that I could speak so highly of.
Bank tellers were excellent! However there were four Office workers. I simply wanted to open a checking account. They kept walking past me without saying anything. I felt like a was more of a hassle than a customer. Love Huntington Bank I’ll be headed to another branch for help
I clearly stated I wanted to make x amount of dollars readily available and earn interest on the other x amount of dollars. The manager put me in a savings account, didn't even off a certificate of deposit account. I thought if you can't get the simplicity of a simple deposit account, I have no hope of you advising me with an IRA account or any type of loan. Very dissapointed.
