Huntington Bank, Akron OH

Stopped at this Huntington along with two others around the area to get a document notarized. First Huntington, the notary public is in a meeting and it will be 30+ minutes. Onward to this location where there was no notary public on the premises. I went to yet another and it was a 30+ minute wait. I don’t have that kind of time, unfortunately. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I’ve been banking with Huntington for nearly 20 years and have rarely if ever had any issue. I guess this is my biggest gripe in 20 years, so I guess you’re doing okay. But why don’t you have a few of your staff be certified to be notary publics in order to curb this issue? If it’s happened to me multiple times, I guarantee it is happening to others. Other than that, I’ve always been a highly satisfied customer.

Hungtington ATM Machines throughout Akron Ohio are horrible half them don't work always say unavailable for deposit or unavailable for withdrawal this service need to be fix never had this problem when it was First Merit

Drive thru had no withdrawal available at ATM. When I use another non Huntington ATM, they charge me $9.

Would leave less than one star if it were possible. I came in here to get cash and they gave me fake cash, and then didn't do anything about it when I brought it to their attention and even offered to give me back the fake cash as if it would be useful.

Never come here if you don't have an account. $10 for cashing checks? ! THIS CHECK HAS YOUR BANKS NAME ON IT! No wonder I cancelled Huntington 8 years ago. Unbelievable. Still up to robbing everyone but their own bankers.

Called to schedule an appointment. Left a voice mail. Call was returned and appointment set. 4 of us show up for the appointment and the banker isn't there and doesn't show up for over 30 minutes. Complete lack of caring for its customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Just enrolled into the bank. Seems fine, only thing that needs emprovement is the drive thru bank here. It’s the most slowest ever.

This is absolutely the worst bank by far. My account has been locked, and for some reason, the money that was in my account before it was locked keeps disappearing. They won’t tell me the reason.avoid this bank at ALL COST!

I tried opening up an account waited their for 40 mins had to leave to get back to work just wasted my time and they werent even busy
