After having such a horrible experience at the Maumee/Dussel rd location! The Heatherdowns location was both quick on answering my questions and getting me in and out with my wire transfer that Maumee couldn't do. Bree answered the phone quick and scheduled me right away and Melony was very professional and quick with no problem and cared about my needs while I was there.

I've never had one issue with this bank and they've always been very helpful and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I have CD accounts and IRA account, I cannot see my information on the online banking. It's being about three weeks still do not see my information on the online banking.
