Huntington Bank, Franklin OH

This place is useless unless you can go inside. For being the closest huntington to me by about 15 minutes it's extremely disappointing when the atm doesn't work. I don't ever have time to come during business hours and the atm doesn't work 80% of the time.

Edit: Again, the ATM isn’t working and needs to be fixed.

I do not care for this place in Franklin I call a different location when need to speak to a worker from my bank. Thats out of town and I really think these some of there women workers there are nosy they ask personal questions that’s really none of there business. And my card is constantly locked over fraudulent activity it’s a bunch of bull. Three days in a row Raichlen their ATM is broke down you cannot deposit money in their bank you had to drive to a Huntington bag out of town just to put money in the bank it’s not right

I took my son to set up an account and cash his first check. They told me they had to schedule the setup for another time or I could set it up online. We set it up online but since it's his first job he was instructed to go back to the bank to have information verified such as ID, social etc. We went right back and they said they could possibly see him at 2 which was in 15 minutes. I told him to wait, went out and got his social card and he came out saying suddenly they don't have any time until another day. Went to another local bank and was setup within minutes. This bank had people in offices sitting, working, taking to each other, taking to guests about random things but couldn't help us. Same day even later would have been nice bc I work most days and it's one hour away so my days off my only time to do business. I'm annoyed I have my personal account there already but definitely will not for long.

Had lots of fraud with this card and the bank itself taking my money.save your time and money bank somewhere else

Went through the drive thru today to pull out my rent money, a couple hundred dollars, woman at the window gave my money, Id and bank card to a car at the other stall. Thank goodness that the lady in the other car was nice enough to noticed that she had someone's else's money and not just take off with it. That scared me really bad, I have never had an issue with this branch before, but almost losing my rent money really scared me. I'll go to Springboro cite instead.
