I had a positive experience at Huron Square and The Osborn Apartment. The property was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the affordable rates. The low maintenance made my stay even more convenient. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly, hassle-free accommodation option.

Well how I feel as a worker it was a great place to live at and work but my only problem is if I was messing up somewhere in my area I work why would management not talk to me we crossed paths everyday not once did she never said Tracey you messed up she just let me go one day out of the blue I think the communication with management was not there I felt that im a great worker with a great personality so she could of talk to me everyone in my buildings loved me the tenants thts is just ask them about me they will tell u no one's perfect everybody has their flaws don't get me wrong but I felt if someone would have talk to me the problem would of gotten corrected i never had any problems fixing wht i missed or messed up.but she never gave me a warning or nothing or even
a write up she never gave me any option it's okay I believe everything happens for a reason well the only thing I will miss some of the management and the maintenance team I love those two guys they were the coolest ever. And I will definitely miss my two cleaning team i love them but if y'all want a great place to live you should talk to cha she the best management ever she is good and gets the job done so I recommend the Althon l. I live in The Osborn, and so far it's been a great experience. My floorplan is very spacious, and for the renovated finishes & the size this apt has great value. They recently started letting residents use the Athletic Club's pool/sauna/gym/rooftop deck/business lounges as well so that's definitely a plus.

Close to universities, plenty of parking nearby (+ attached garage), and most importantly 10 minutes away from Cleveland Clinic, where I work. Highly recommend!

Nicely renovated apartments that are very affordable for downtown CLE. Very happy with my 2 bedroom. Amanda is a great manager on-site, working hard to make sure residents are happy.

I’ve lived downtown for many years, and in many places. This building is the best kept secret.

The Huron and Osborn have incredible architectural character and the apartments themselves are modern with premium finishes like washers and dryers.

Additionally the building has a new team in the office and they have been working around the clock, and the results are pretty evident now too.

Definitely check it out!

I've lived at Huron Square for the past 2.5 years. The only positive of this place, at least when I moved in, was the price. You can't find a 2 bed 2 bath for such an affordable price downtown at many other places.

Since being here we have dealt with an insane amount of management turnover, elevators being broken for extended periods of time, and extremely poor communication.

There is hardly ever anyone working in the leasing office during work hours and when you call the phone number for assistance they rarely answer. You also never know if the person you're emailing still even works there as they don't properly communicate property manager replacements. We are in the process of moving out and I learned today that the reason why the previous property manager wasn't responding was because they were no longer there. It becomes very frustrating.

The elevator was broken consistently for two months and management hardly ever communicated when it wasn't working, when it was back up, when it was going to to be finally fixed, and what they were going to do for resident's afterwards (which was hardly anything). We lived on the 10th floor and only received $200 off two months of rent.

This building acts like they care about their residents but they really don't. I will admit that when a new property manager comes in they're very hopeful about the changes they can make but then they all turn out the same and the communication becomes terrible and they give up.

My husband and I were getting married and then looking for a house so the price is literally the only reason why we stayed there for so long. But even now, I'm hearing that they are charging an insane amount for these apartments that are in no way luxury. Don't give yourself the headache and avoid living here.

This stay was o-k-a-y. I'll list pros and cons. This place is not a hotel, it is an "Airbnb" without the name. I personally avoid post-Covid Airbnb type properties, due to the lack of services once you check-in. This property operates like a post-Covid Airbnb.

PROS: Location! You're in downtown Cleveland in walking distance of the ballparks, restaurants, bars, etc.

If you have kids, there is a separate bedroom away from mom and dad.

With some investments this place has potential (sound resist windows and good AC)

CONS: Very noisy you will not get a sound sleep with the commotion of the city.

Parking is street or garage. Street is 2 hr limit. Garage is nearby $14/day. I see reports of safety issues but we found it to be old and dated but secure enough (we personally felt or witnessed no threats).

Apartment gets quite warm so you'll have to use the window as the AC settings did not support our comfort.

They bed is barebones minimum foam mattress on a metal frame, which we found quite uncomfortable.

Our room did have the old towels in the closet from a previous stay that almost made my wife want to leave immediately.

There's a bird nest right outside the kitchen window which leaves the window covered in bird droppings.

Hope this helps.

Was really hesitant to move in with the past reviews, but the management was very professional and super friendly. I’m guessing it is a newer staff after seeing some of the names on these reviews lol. Everything has been great so far love the apartment and the view!
