Hyatt Place Columbus/Osu

Best breakfast through Hyatt hotels in Columbus, Ohio! So grateful to this customer service, hotel is very clean and pool was amazing. Even though it is indoor, there are doors that open to an outdoor patio making it that much more enjoyable (wish I caught pictures, I only have video) ? The world of hyatt app does WORK for digital keu, you must place your phone screen TO THE DOOR KEY, In order for it to unlock the door. I have had no trouble at all with the digital key. Parking is in the garage, free, right across from the hotel. Also sunrise view of the city from 5th floor was worthy, I can only imagine how great the 6th floor view is!

I loved this hotel. The rooms are great, it’s a nice area and the staff is so friendly and helpful!

Clean room and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the early check in and late check out. Breakfast was good lots of different variety to eat. Customer service was nice as well I will definitely come back ️

Lovely quiet location in Columbus surrounded by neighbors you can walk around. Close to the renowned James Hospital.

Never feels like you're in a drug motel it's very clean and comfortable kids sleep like you're at home

Great place to stay and worked with my wife over a situation that happened while I was in hospital at The James.

Its great place with great stuff they are very helpful with happy smile faces, but, the administration is very bad and aggressive, I stay for the weekend and I have to leave Sunday noontime, so Saturday night I asked the front desk for late check-out he say it ok so I asked him what time is latest I can stay he told me as there is no large demand on the rooms so It ok if I stay longer then I asked hem is it ok for 4 afternoon he say yes ok you can check-out 4 afternoon, but next day the administration deducted extra 47 dollars for late check-out, I told them the front desk worker allowed me to stay it is not my fault, but they deducted the extra charge, it is great place with bad administration I will never ever stay again in any of hayatt places hotels.so take care if you ask any service there be sure about the cost ask them how much it will cost.

It is not large amount but it is the responsible and respect.

It was clean and the employees were great. I give it a 3 stars because on the 6th floor the wallpaper is coming off the walls going down the halls and in our room. And it smells like weed.

This is a very conveniently located hotel. Slightly away from the chaos near OSU, it is still very close to all the downtown amenities. The decor and staff are great and the parking if free and feels very safe

Excellent location (near downtown) and cost for the amenities, which include very clean rooms, common areas, and (one of my favorite aspects) easy HDMI and other input access for the television — too many hotels restrict access to the data ports.

The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. The only problem was that I called in February to make reservations and asked for rooms next to each other and they were the whole length of the hallway apart! I would think that 6 months notice should be adequate to reserve that request.

Staff was nice, breakfast food was good. Had shuttle to the hospital which was nice to have but it's unfortunate that the high up people that have money can rent out the shuttle and leave people stranded to getting to the hospital

Really nice area. The hotel has lots of trees around the hotel and rose bushes. Really peaceful. There was plenty of shade to take a stroll around the hotel. I was at the hotel for a seminar. The bathroom was clean and well stocked.

Third time staying. Great hotel. We are Hyatt members and I will usually take a Hyatt place over the Regency. Rooms are bigger, couch, bar and desk. The front desk has always been extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast is a plus as well. Nice little bar downstairs at this location.

The Hyatt Place is always an exceptional place to stay. This location was particularly nice because there was plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lots of parking across the street in the parking garage as well.

Not terrible but not great. The room designs are awkward and lack special touches. Didn't enjoy my time here. Just an overpriced place to sleep for the night.

Really great hotel. The breakfast was far above the norm and the room size and amenities were great.

Very nice and quiet. The rooms were a bit dated but still very nice and the pillows were very thin. The food in the bar area was delicious and very reasonably priced. I am deducting one star because of the shuttle service. It was very difficult to find out information about riding it and it didn’t run early enough on the weekend for conferences.

The hotel itself is located nicely downtown near osu and is very easy to get to. The parking itself is more than sufficient for the area and is completly free to use while you are there. The lobby and rooms are very clean and incredibly nice, they come with all the standard amenities. Its located in a mostly quiet area so you dont have to deal with loud outside noises while you are trying to sleep.
