Hyde and Hyde, West Chester Township OH

One of the worst warehouse to deliver, checked in 9: 30 am for 11: 00 appt, they called me for a door 1: 33pm, done delivery 3: 30pm, they don’t care about drivers, they work on their trailers. Please drivers write your experience with this warehouse.

Horrible, horrible place to be, unloaded and reloaded here, same dock took 10+ hours, lost my bols for the inbound, yard dog is extremely rude and will not hesitate to start a argument, I will not return here EVER

Checked in at 12pm for my 7pm appointment 10: 15 now and still not loaded. I go inside to ask the shock guy and he informs me that im only getting 4 pallets and that he turned in the paperwork to the office. I walk in to the office and the guy working there tells me they put the wrong labels on they have to relabel the load. Im glad my reefer doesn't run when the doors are open or i would of spent 3 hours cooling down their wherehous. Last time we pickup freight from this facility.

Rude lying people in receiving saying there computers are down yet there typing on them there is parking on site but yard jockey will wake you up

All the negative reviews you read are very much true. Pack a lunch you will be here for a while
