The food and Dietary department is wonderful! I appreciate all the hard work the put in to make delicious meals daily!

Heather Smith lives and there no skilled nursing where she is and Administrator Blake doesn't answer his phone neither calls back. This place keeps your loved ones hostage stay away. The only way they are leaving is in a body bag!

Hi! I'm Heather Smith and I am 40 year old, diagnosed with Cerebellum Ataxia, and don't belong here. Nevermind that I didn't choose to be here. It's an okay place for people who don't have major illness or not a senior.

Hyde Park Health Center and Gardens of Oakley are the same building and management. Hyde Park Health Center is for the have nots; which is why it has bad reviews. Then again what nursing home for the have nots does? Gardens of Oakley is for the haves; which is why they have such good reviews. Money makes the world go round, remember?

Luz can be dramatic. Yes, it is true that this place has no skilled nursing and they refuse to give me the electric wheelchair; which I am approved for. Let's not forget withholding of proper hygiene, doctor visits, and mail. Yes, it is true that this place reeks of urine and poop; it is true that senior citizens have died and some had near death experiences; there are people with dementia at Hyde Park Health Center here where I am. I am not a resident and I get free service for which they are seeking payment and won't receive a penny. Yes, I stated in writing to be transferred to Virgil Skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Los, Angeles, California. Mariah Carey even offered to pay. Isn't it great! The singing legend is my Mom! I am getting so many autographs! Anyway, smells, noise, and flying bugs don't bother me because I keep my door closed.

Top skilled nursing and assisted living community in Cincinnati. Excellent nursing services, great activities programs and very responsive management. So pleased with my overall experience!

Gardens of Oakley is a great place. Compassionate and hardworking staff who really care for their residents.

This place is awesome! The receptionist Erica is great she was so helpful and knowledgeable. The business office staff answered all my questions and concerns. The admission office assisted in even more than my admission. I love it here! The activity department is always a good time. My nurses are attentive and kind.

I have worked at several LTC facilities in my almost 30 years of nursing. I love that we specialize care for so many different stages of care. My favorite unit is Fountains, for memory care. The piano for residents to use and the music playing most of the time is comforting for our residents

To the administration, staff, therapist, nurses, and aides at Gardens of Oakley. Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of my dad. I have felt very confident and comfortable with his care for the last 13 months knowing that if there were any issues whatsoever, that I would be receiving a courteous phone call filling me in on what actions were going to be taken to take care of my dad.

I am very satisfied with the compassionate, thorough, and skilled care dad has received from nurses, therapist, aides, social services and the entire staff in general. My dad will be moving to a different facility to be closer to family. Thank you again for maintaining such a high standard of patient care during our difficult time.

My husband and myself have just moved here
We have a beautiful two bedroom. The staff here are very amazing and they treat us with respect and when they see us they how we are and if we need anything. We love this pplace.

Gardens of Oakley is a wonderful skilled nursing facility. They offer in patient physical, occupational and speech therapy to residents. Also has an assisted living at the facility. The staff is friendly, the facility clean and residents are happy. They accept Medicaid and help residents with the application process and renewal. I would definitely recommend Gardens of Oakley for skilled, long term and assisted living care.
