iFLY Indoor Skydiving - Cincinnati, Liberty Township OH

The experience was fun but we bought a package of 10 flights with 10 high flights that could be divided among our group. When we got there, they upsold us an extra "high flight" for another $20. When it came time to actually fly, we only got 8 flights and did not get the extra high flight. For as much as this costs do to, it was a rip off on price. When I emailed the manager, it took 3 weeks to get a response and he basically said I was out of luck. Buyer BEWARE

Took my wife here. We both had a blast. Instructor Thomas was super cool. Ended up ordering more flights to do before we left. You get a really good discounts on future flights if you order before you pSaw alot of kids there trying it. So it would be a good family outing as well.

GREAT experience! They do try and push extra services for more $$$ which sucks. If rather just enjoy what I paid for. Our instructor was GREAT though!

Well. My wife and I had plans to go. The day of our appointment she was not feeling well. So come to find out she had Covid. We called them right away as we had reservations that day to see if we could reschedule for next week or something. I called and explained the situation and long story short they pretty much said “we can’t reschedule you because someone else could have taken your spot” to which I was like you’d rather have us come in sick and expose other people? “Yep. I completely understand your situation” he kept saying. I was just thinking o dear god, here we are trying to do the right thing and there they are telling us to come in sick? We still didn’t go of course, we would not want to expose dozens of people, and unfortunately probably won’t anymore. I do understand where they’re coming from but we couldn’t possibly have predicted my wife getting Covid that day. The fact that they said to come in anyways just blew my mind. But it’s fine, it looks like a blast if you plan on going just make sure it’s a sure thing, like make sure you are there no matter what, no matter if you’re stuck in traffic, you got held up because of a family issue, you got car issues, got held up at work, got any kind of emergency, or get Covid because they will not work with you. Everything that day has to be perfect I guess. Hope this helps someone. Wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone. I’d like to clarify I’m not recommending not going, I’m just saying they don’t work with you on rescheduling. Not even if you just found out you have Covid.

This place is a lot of fun. You hear the prices and think nah. But after you do it once you are hooked. The more people you go with the better the discount on the price. We came here because my daughter wanted to sky dive. But not being 18 no one would let here. So for her 16 birthday we did this. The experience was so much more for her because she got to experience it with family and friends. The time goes by slower when you are in the air hahaha. If you want to feel the rush of flying or building up to taking that step out of a plane. Come and try this! Our instructor Kaili was fantastic! She was funny and made us all feel comfortable and safe! Kaili thank you for making my daughter's birthday such a wonderful day! Thank you to the rest of the staff as well!

Came back here for my birthday yesterday. Brought a couple of my cousins with me. We had so much fun. The group before us was inspiring. A little kid was in a wheelchair. She only had half an arm but both legs. Watching her fly was amazing to everyone. Our flight instructor Nathan was great! We are talking about coming back every other month with more family members!

AVOID! Went a few times in the spring, also brought friends once. Management changed and this iFly became AWFUL. They don’t answer their phones & they will NOT refund you due to THEIR errors in scheduling. Management treats staff awful & charges more than average for iFly’s (I’ve been to several around the country.) Costs $5-6 more per minute. Management does not support staff and just wants the most money, and it shows. Awful for both experience flights AND for people wanting to learn how to do what the instructors do (they don’t allow block time & penalize staff who offer it, even though they don’t lose money on it.)

I highly recommend you take your business to Detroit (Novi, MI) iFly (I know it’s further away, but it’s so worth it)! Happy staff translates to happier flier experience. They treat their fliers right and don’t charge an arm and a leg for it.

Wow, wow, wow! What an awesome experience! Decided to celebrate a near death experience by doing a little indoor skydiving. It's a complete blast. Not sure what anyone's definition of pricey is, but I got 2 one minute flights for $73. They offered some awesome deals after the flight for return visits. I suggest everyone save a few bucks back and try this at least once.

SO MUCH FUN! I thoroughly enjoyed it! Glad I went in the morning on a weekday though because it probably would've been less my speed had the place been full of people #introvert Jacob was amazing, and the overall experience was awesome. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how amazing the team here is. They absolutely made the experience! We brought my 9 year old for his Birthday but the staff was sure to interact with my other children and were incredibly knowledgeable. The experience was awesome and we'll definitely be back!

Went for my 40th birthday with family and friends. Kaili is amazing! Very energetic and great to work with. I would highly recommend this facility and experience to anyone and everyone!

Nice experience for our granddaughter but a bit on the expensive side. Bring the prices down some and would have more repeat business.

I’m so mad at myself for taking so long to use the Groupon I bought nearly 2 years ago. I got to experience this short but sweet flight. I can’t wait to go again! I bought 4 flights 2 of which are high flights, which is when they take you up in the tube. I personally feel like the high fly is the only way to go. It is very important to remember the hand gestures as you are in the tunnel. You cannot hear anything but wind and the gestures keep you safe and help you get the most of your time in the tunnel. I would also high recommend making sure you’re mouth is dry (as odd as that sounds it’s very valuable information) I was spinning all over myself I couldn’t stop smiling when I entered the circle. So when we started to get to it I literally had a wet mouth. Anywho I highly recommend any one to do this.

If you weigh more than 300lbs you can’t do it, and if you weigh more than 240lbs (I think) then you have to fly a little differently but you can still fly. I also recommend going right a friend so they can record you. I bought the video and felt a lil slighted because my footage included other guests and it was only from one angle. Taking a friend will ensure you get all the best shots. Needless to say I will be back with a group very soon! Oh yea, make sure you do the want us exercises before entering the tunnel. It’s helps you to become more limber in the tunnel!
