16The food was delicious, and the service was good, despite the warning sign at the front door concerning their shorthandedness.
Food wasn't done the only thing that was hot was coffee. If I wanted to be treated like a 5 year old I would go back to kindergarten.
Wonderful free breakfast for Veterans Day! Delicious. I was shocked no staff wear masks though. With Delta variant still heavily around, was somewhat uncomfortable. But food and service was great.
Kristen was amazing server to are granddaughter birthday party of 19 of us. She always made sure we had everything we need. Are granddaughters loves pancakes. Thank you ihop
No pics today. But the food was good, the service is excellent and we left with some full bellies. You can get anything on their menu at any time. They are one of the few restaurants open for 24 hrs. If I had a complaint I would say my food could have been hotter. I don't like lukewarm food. I want it piping hot. We will definitely go back again.
Just waited a half hour to be seated, we were the only ones waiting and most of the tables were empty. Employees walking around appeared to be lost. We got tired of waiting and left
Decent food. The pumpkin spice pancakes are very good, don't even need syrup. Our waitress this morning was great!
Great service and food, best to avoid on Friday nights after football games, too noisy with high school brats.
We went there hoping for hot chocolate, and when we got there found they were completely out. We were so disappointed, but the manager went and bought more and went out of her way to make sure we had it. It was totally awesome, and so was the peanut butter cup hot chocolate! I have never been to an establishment that went out of their way to make sure that when something went out of stock that was on their specialty menu to go out of their way, leave the store and go get what was needed so a customer could have it. Everyone should be eating at this location, these people are phenomenal! A special thank you to our waitress, and the management there for what they did today for us. We just came back from burying our beloved cat and this happened. You have no idea how much that meant to us, all that you did! We appreciate you all
We stop at the one in massillon. There was a sign on the door Apologizing for closing at 10.00. I didn't think it would be a problem it was 9 p.m. When we walked in the over tattooed man behind the register told us we are not taking anymore orders tonight. I told him the sign said 10. He replied she is taking down the line now. There was nothing professional about this man or the way he talked to us.
Very dirty and very poorly managed. We visited at 4: 30pm on a Friday evening, September 17 2021, with a party of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). There was only one other table occupied at this time. Upon entering, there were 3 employees standing around the hostess station, yet it took a couple of minutes for us to be acknowledged. We immediately took notice of food and straw wrappers littering the floor throughout the dining room, the trash cans in the bathrooms were overflowing, the vent directly above our table had mold on it, there were cobwebs on the windowsill and food smeared across the wall next to our booth. It took around an hour for part of our order to come out and it wasn’t even correct. When the waitress took it back to the kitchen, we could very clearly hear the kitchen staff and waitress yelling and arguing with each other over our order. We chose to leave at this point without getting our food but requested to speak to a manager first. When the waitress went to get him, he came walking out of the back of the kitchen WITH HIS HAND DOWN THE BACK OF HIS PANTS! This location was disgusting all the way around, from the cleanliness (or lack thereof) and appearance of the restaurant itself to the attitude and appearance/cleanliness of the staff. This is definitely a location to avoid.
I understand a lot of places are understaffed right now but there were hardly any customers when we were there and the dining room floor was very dirty, our table was sticky, and we waited over 40 minutes for our food. We were also informed that a particular item was sold out 20 minutes after ordering. A couple sitting right next to us ordered immediately before us received their food, ate, paid, and left in the time in between when we ordered and the waitress checked on us for the second time. I rarely leave reviews or complain about poor customer service interactions but this was really bad.
I think it's some trash that you have a open 24 hr sign on the side of your building yet I'm told your a 6 to 12.correct me if I'm wrong but that is the plainest form of false advertising I've personally ever seen.
I wish I could have a picture I would show you the black mold dripping from the vents on the booth seat.
This iHOP location in Massillon turned us away.because we had 5 people?
Apparently they are unable to "serve a group of more than 4 people", even though the restaruant was EMPTY. Less than 20 customers were even at the iHOP when we were told this.
Got in the car, called the iHOP in Belden, and were told that this is bogus. Went to that location, and had zero issues being served.
Belden had much better food, staff, and they don't refuse customers for literally no reason.
AVOID THIS LOCATION
Terrible no service weighted more than 30 minutes to have people walk in get service in front of us.
