IHOP, Heath OH

I was a bit disappointed with their milk shakes, they were 5.00 came in a small cup and half of it was whip cream.
I waited a while to get two orders of pancakes and chicken fingers.
I was impressed with the container it came in. It was nice, and the pancakes were alright. They gave us lots of condiments.
But the chicken was extra crispy, you better have teeth. There might of been one or two pieces of chicken that actually had some meat, they didn't taste too bad. But we're mostly breading.
The lady who was there, took a while to see me standing at door. But once she seen me she was very nice to me.
We stopped there around 3am, they did have quite a few customers sitting at tables, ours was take out.
It came to 30.00 for the two orders.
Before I went in I parked in their curb side pick up and called the number on the website, it rang a long time then I got a recording asking for a code number.
So I went in to put in my order.

The food was just ok but the place seemed dirty.the floor was slick with grease and a foul dirty oder when you are in the intery way and the rug there needs to be replaced badly I'm sure it is holding part of the foul oder. I love ihops but will not go to this one in Heath again till it is cleaned up

Very slow, we have been here 40 minutes and still waiting on our food. It's not even busy and they seem to be struggling.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in at 6pm and there were maybe 4 tables of people. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. I was told that the two servers were brand new and there was no manager on duty. Absolutely poor management leaving new people to fend for themselves. Food was ice cold when it finally got to us

Not a fan.the food wasn't that good. The sausage gravy is clearly canned gravy. Then the prices were in my opinion a little high for the little food you got. And for a side of toast it was 3.00 and something for white toast! Then the kids meals were 5.75 each then another 1.99 for there drinks.so basically for me and two three year olds it cost us 39.00. Was a little baffled.

Best Server Ever! Only server on sched this evening too! She treated my Grandson like an adult, right down to his oen caraf of decaf coffee! Good food, great specials and clean dinning area and bathrooms!

Food was pretty good. I had the classic steak burger.

Service was a little slow but to be fair they seemed to have either had a shortage of waitresses or didn't schedule heavily enough for the night

The burgers beat McDonald's and are cheaper than value meals on the 6 dollar menu.

Our server was Verna H. She was fantastic in everyway. She was very friendly, smiled and very tentative to our needs. She kept our coffee cups full, brought the condiments to us without asking for them. She even suggested some things that turned out to be really good with our meals. I really appreciated having her as our server. We plan to come back again because of the awesome job that she did. Oh, we don't live close, but we will be back!

We ordered IHOP for breakfast through Door Dash- they did not call to let us know we they were out of fruit or even offer something else for a side, the gravy was missing on both orders and the food was so cold that the cheese had hardened on it. I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. The Dasher was very prompt and stated he waited for quite a while for our food. This is a restaurant issue and not service from door dash. I still have not received a refund for the fruit and it is almost $7 for fruit. The Heath location I HOP has lost my business due to negligence and not even having the common courtesy to answer the phone

This IHOP is one of the better one's to eat at. Always good service.

I am very disappointed that IHOP can not find someone good to reopen the IHOP restaurant in Zanesville Ohio.

Eggs were extremely bad, they even had a strong odor. The crepes had 0 sauce an were out of product. Everything Luke warm even berry sauce was so tart it was sour.

We waited almost 1 hour for our breakfast. Our food was cold. This is not the first IHOP we have been to where we had a bad experience. Will not return to this one either.

I really wish I could give this place a no star. The hostess is so ignorant she can't even read people's names. She literally spelled my name Paul out because she can't read. My party was only 2 people and we were jumped 3 times in line because of this places unorganized hostess. Once seated, it still took 15 minutes to even get our drinks. My total wait time so far has been 45 minutes at the door and 15 minutes seated and just got our drinks and all hasn't taken out order. This place will never get my business again.

Saturday night, we went to IHOP’s in Heath Ohio, we waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our name (party of 4) Hostess said it’s going to take 15 to 20 minutes, I said why, there is empty tables everywhere, she said we only have two people working, those two people are waiting tables and cooking food, we asked if we could be seated and have coffee while we are waiting, we were told no! It’s sad that a big restaurant would allow this to happen, just close your doors if you can’t serve the public.

For being so understaffed and busy, they do an amazing job every time; The crew at night including Stephanie and Chasidy are Excellent. They provide outstanding customer service along with creating a good environment. Never regret coming here. Love the night shift!

My husband went in at 10: 45 to order to go. Its now 11: 45 and he has NOT returned. Well I like what I ordered but I can tell you when he finally comes out I won't ever be back.

It was very clean and even smelled clean. Was surprised at the quality of the food. The chicken and waffles was pretty good with the exception of a lil funny taste to the chicken but still edible.it tasted like maybe old grease but it looked beautiful and I've never tasted a better waffle. Coffee was hot and perfect strength. Service was great out waited was so kind and very funny. She talked just enough and didn't make us or any other customers wait to long.

Surprising great burger! Fall menu is out for pancakes. Son thoroughly enjoyed peanut butter and m&ms pancake stack! $6 menu items are a great value.
