Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
17Would have ordered online but what I wanted wasn't available online, I tried calling to place a carry-out order after working 12 hours but did not get an answer (called number listed 4 times). Drove there to place carry-out order in person and was treated as though my simple order of blueberry pancakes and a waffle with strawberries was a complete bother and I was interrupting their (social) life.
Not too bad but they could take a little advice from take a take a Little help from North Canton are better
Consistant no matter which one you go to. Waitress was nicest lady you'd ever want to meet
We went in there it was late at night nobody was there just us. We sat in the middle of the room all 13 of us. I paid my bill I called their District manager the manager asked for our pictures. I sent her all the raw hamburger and egg pictures even the picture of the fries with hair in it. She said Sorry she'll send us gift cards for this Hole ordeal. Asked for address everything it's been 4 months still ain't heard nothing. I would not TELL NO ONE TO GO HERE. Don't waste your hard-earned money.
Terrible place, crackhead waiters and uncooked chicken, sent back and still uncooked pink chicken that doesn't even come apart
Ordered takeout. Staff was polite and did not have to wait long. We had the new breakfast tacos. They were great.
Placed an order for what I usually get. I always ask for the hashbrown to be done a certain way and most of the time they get it right. I could they were sitting out for a while and were cold. Sever only apologized and never tried to make it right. They could've brought out fresh ones or took them off the bill. Neither. Will not be returning anytime soon
If you really want IHOP, go to the one in North Canton! This location has hit rock bottom due to lack of staffing and management I'm guessing. Walking in with like 6 cars in the parking lot and being told there was a 25 minute wait on a table.for 2 people. Huh? What? The place was literally empty. We left.
We received our food 25 minutes later prior to us ordering. If we didn't have children, we would of left. Waitress stated that they're short on cooks.
As with all Ihops it's a hit or miss. Some days, it's perfect. Excellent service and tasty foods. Other days, it's horrible.
Our server was Jenni (or Jennifer). I must say, she's probably the best waitress ever. Or, at the very least, the best at Ihop. Service was prompt. The food was great. We haven't been to an Ihop in a long time, so this was a pleasant surprise. My husband was in the mood for a Colorado omelet. He loved it and said it's always his favorite omelet. I only had pancakes, but they were just as good. It was busy, but I honestly have no complaints.
I thought I stop for some lunch. I arrived @ 3: 50pm. IHOP is across from my establishment I noticed not many cars in the parking lot. I didn’t want to leave my business for long. I got in Jasmine sat me down immediately I told her what I wanted a classic burger with double patties and fries with. Pepsi.
*as you see in the pictures there is only one table behind me the restaurant is not busy.
*after sitting for 30 minutes with nothing but my silverware in front of me my server Jasmine walked over and says she’s sorry they just got done cleaning the grill now they will begin cooking my burger it should be another 5-6 minutes.
*it took 45 minutes almost a hr to make a burger. The problem I had was if you’re going to take your kitchen down during business hrs have the courtesy to let you customer know that it’s going to be a hr before you’re going to be served. People’s time is important too it’s better to be upfront then to string people along. I wasn’t even given a drink until 45 minutes later when my food arrived. Jasmine did apologize but it would have been nicer to be told up front when I walked in. I was civilized and talked to her in a respectful way. I also tipped her appropriately. I am not looking for anything for free but I wanted to share my experience this isn’t a lack of staffing there was plenty of staffing but a lack of communication management and lack of leadership. It’s no wonder the businesses are falling. You need to communicate and be more interactive with customers. Saying hi to a customer and being polite doesn’t hurt either. We are paying for our service not trying to get anything for free. I also own a business I could you it just appears that nobody really cares anymore. That seems to be who is representing you.
Short staffed in all areas and service was bad. There were a total of 9 cars in the lot so not overcrowded with customers. We left 10% tip and that's low for us, but still over generous for our $55 meal. My wife had chicken fingers and meat was overdone and too dry to eat, no refill on ice tea and mashed potatoes were watered down-no gravy, salad had rotten leaves of lettuce. My over easy eggs were overdone and rubbery-no runny yolk, hash browns only cooked on one side and cold. Ham didn't even make it on my plate and my pancakes were hard and cold. My granddaughter had protein pancakes $15 and hers weren't done in the middle, her side of bacon that cost extra was both burnt and fat not cooked Not one time were we ask if everything was ok or if we needed a refill. This is 1st bad review EVER and we're 65yrs old.
Took awhile to get us seated and the waiter still didn’t seat us so someone else had to do it. Low on staff. And it’s took awhile to get our food
1st time was amazing, food tasted great egg white omelet was delicious. 2nd time had a couple mistakes and the egg white omelet gave the nasty egg burps and wasn't fluffy and wasn't really good to eat.
My server's name was lisa. By far one of the best servers I have ever encountered. She was friendly, she talked highly of the food. This woman here deserves to be in management to teach the rest of the store or restaurant. How to be like her.
Clean, good food, excellent service. Wouldnt expect IHop to be that great but was really impressed with this location.
