IHOP, Cincinnati OH

Service was lacking, but I believe they were short staffed because our server cooked the food too. Everything was delicious except for the hashbrowns. They were definitely not cooked to order. Would go back anytime.

The staff was super nice, my spicy burger was awesome but my husband got breakfast and has been sick for the last 12hrs, he thinks the gravy was bad.

Overpriced. The food was ok. I got the $16.99 sirloin tips. Portion size was very small! (See photo) the menu describes the item ax "generous" portion.that's comical. The entire meal didn't take up a quarter of the plate.

The ridge location gets worse everytime pancakes doesnt taste the same service sucks customer service horrible they neef to revamp and restaff

This is what you would expect from IHOP. A normal meal. It is a great spot for breakfast foods that are down home. We did have a great server but had the whole dining room to her self!

Love their Gluten Free pancakes. They have the same consistency and taste of a normal pancake!

Place is not 24/7. Drove 20 min to get here for a dude outside to say online orders only. Hours are wrong. No IHOP dine in Cincinnati are open. Just go to Waffle House.

My first time ever having IHOP was a few years ago. It was my favorite spot. Over time, this place has really gone down hill. I noticed a few of the veteran servers are still doing their thang, however, overall, it’s just not the same.

My first time visiting the infamous IHop.
Our waitress was nice & helpful, even with my picky self.
Pancakes: I'm wasn't feeling them. They taste even more salty than the turkey bacon.
Turkey Bacon: I'll ask that it be crispy next time.
Eggs: I'll ask that they're scambled soft with cheese next time.
French Toast: Nice & thick but it needs a hint of cinnamon. Went well with the fresh bowl of fruit.
The service & portions are worth recommending! I'll revist an IHop soon.

Fast and friendly - Delectably, delicious.
Hop on over to IHOP like I do. It's just a hop, skip, and a jump from my house, by if it wasn't I'd still go.it's REAL good.

Service provided by sever excellent. Food was presented fresh and hot. Portions were good. Love the hoppy hour menu.

I was an hour early for an appointment i had, soo i was able to sit inside of the restaurant.

They need more help in the kitchen. 2 coffee cups and still no food. I finished writing this and still no food.

After a year they've gotten a new menu and hired some new staff. My kiddo and I were very happy. No complaints just enjoying the food. Beginning of a great day.

Place was busy but got a table with just a short 10 minute wait. Food was hot. Cooked exactly how we wanted. Our service was excellent even for how busy it was.

The hostess and waitress were amazing! The blueberry pancakes were delicious. However, we got there at the peak of Palm Sunday breakfast, so the cooks were overwhelmed, slowing down service.

I sat waiting for my curb side pick up for 20 min past the time I was supposed to get my food then I decided to go in and see what was going on with my order and no one was at the front I waited for another 10 min before someone came in from outside and I told her she went back to get my food for me and it was cold and soggy when I got home
