Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
15Never open at stated time. Tried doors at 7: 30 AM and 7: 45 AM a few weeks later and they are not open for business.
The worst experience was the terrible attitude of the waitress and a wait of 30 minutes to take a seat and the place was empty and without workers and the wait for food was 30 minutes. The rude and angry waitress said that they pay her for 3 people but they offered bad service
Worst place I have been in a Long time the 1 st thing I noticed is how cold it was in the dining room also there was no customers which I found odd My son wanted to order off the new Willy Wonka menu. So we went ahead and ordered our dinner so we waited and we waited and we waited. Seems like almost an hour. Well it wasn't certainly because they were busy. Finally, the waitress came up and told us that what we ordered was not servable?: well they could have told us that when we ordered only one waitress and one cook. Obviously they have staffing issues. No one probably wants to work there. I believe the best thing they could do would be to turn off their lights.
No heat, no ingredients for the omelet I ordered. The kitchen didn't do Joshua any favors. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP.
Was eating with someone and the place was not busy at all, maybe 3 other tables other than me. Watched some black lady come in and have a table by herself, the 2 waitress ignored her and did not come to greet her or take her order and after like 10 minutes the lady left because nobody greeted her. My friend and I were saddened that this happened to her and do believe she was ignored because of her skin color, after the lady left the 2 waitresses bickered and made comments about her. I think that is disgusting behavior. Get mental help, it’s 2023.
Took the grandkids and was greatly disappointed. My wife's omelette has a hair in it, My food came out ice cold, and my grandson would not eat any of his Happy Face meal. The manager comped the whole meal in hopes we would come back. The booth cushions were worn out and uncomfortable as well. We will not return.
Waitress was friendly. Manager was helpful and very accommodating when my daughter didn't like her meal choice. He gladly got her something else that she may like better.
We were the only customers when we walked in on a Sunday. We were told we would have the next table. The place was 1/2 empty with dirty tables. We waited and waited and waited. The employees talked in the kitchen and register area but had no sense of urgency to get a table ready. I inquired about how much longer for our wait and was rudely told we were next and to be patient. It took 20 minutes to get a table, and when we did the servce was no better. Do not recommend.
My family and I came in around 9pm and our server Lamont was the absolute best. He is so kind, genuine, and cares about his customers! He made sure our order was correct and always checked on us. A wonderful experience!
I’ve been here about 4 times in the last 2 years and it’s the exact same thing every time. The restaurant is half empty and you have a 20 minute wait to be seated. The food is usually alright and the service is usually good when you finally get a seat, there is never a hostess to greet people and have them seated. Until this restaurant comes under new management and figures out how to get people seated in a timely manner and provide reasonable service it will be a terrible place to eat.
I gave them a pass during Covid, but here we are well over a year removed and they are still a mess. This will be the last time we eat here. No other restaurant is as poorly run as this one, need to figure out how to staff things appropriately - there are always people waiting and wanting to eat here, it could be so much better than it is.
Cant say if its good as we didn't get past the entrance!
We stood there a family of 4 ungreeted and ignored for several minutes by staff so we left.
Im under the conviction that IHOP is going under. (In OHIO) That all OHIO locations are becoming less than mediocre.
We will never go back its a waste of time attempting to have a good experience at IHOP
Waited outside for almost an hour for them to open and they still wasn’t open, tired of wasting time and gas after work for nothing
Been standing here for about 20 minutes to place a order and the restaurant has one set occupants this is ridiculous.
The server was so great she actually made sure that I got to try the gluten free waffle and I was so pleased it was fantastic I'm coming back to order meal with my sister and we are spreading the word about how good these waffles are they also come in pancakes I highly recommend it and the server is beyond fantastic I went to the Deerfield Township IHOP
The steak in the big steak omelet was terrible (looks like cheapest unchewable beef).
I have to ask about missing salsa twice and still didn't get it despite the only two occupated tables in the whole place. I'm not surprised the place was empty. Looks like this place will be out of business soon. That's sad, it use to be very good place
