IHOP, Cleveland OH

As a delivery driver (Door dash) this is a terrible restaurant. The staff takes 10-15 mins to even acknowledge that you're waiting, even when the restaurant is slow they still take the same and amount of time.

Arrived and no one was waiting to be seated and no staff at the desk. As folks started to arrive after us, we are told to go outside and form a line. Totally unorganized and created a situation where folks were making a line outside causing friction. We just left. Someone should have been greeting customers and setting up a line and causing customers to argue with each other

I’ve eaten ihop for years but today has to be the worst experience in any restaurant me and my family has had ever. I won’t be going back to this location, after waiting 20 minutes plus we had to witness the waitress argue with a customer about there order of French fries, then she came out and started calling people in random orders to be seated after my kids and I had been waiting for 20 minutes. When I spoke up the girl gave me an attitude. I don’t know how you do business but when I heard the argument I wanted to leave but ounce my kids and I were overlooked and then disrespected I made my choice to take them to Applebee’s.

Had two eggs, hash browns, sausage links, orange juice, and two buttermilk pancakes! Was really good early in the morning, would do again!

I've had two experiences I time at IHOP in the past month the first was couldn't even get in to eat because they only have one side of the room open covid is calm down why is in the other side open to be serve for food second meal I ordered a veggie omelette I ordered Tomatoes they put them on top is a grilled vegetable omelette Tomatoes yes are fruit but they're supposed to go inside with just vegetables so I give it a four out of five for the omelette this is the one off of tiedemann and Brook Park

Went To Honor My Daughter's Graduation. A Table of 4. The Service Was Slow. About 45 Minutes Wait For The Food. When It Arrived. My Colorado Omelet. The Meat (Pulled Pork) Was Hard. The Egg Was Over Cooked. Lord Have Mercy. I spent 90.00.

First time coming here and left before even getting seated just for how they where talking to other customers

The breakfast was delicious, the price will not break the bank. And the waitress; Rosie, she was outstanding. Can't wait to go there again.

While I prefer eating from locally owned restaurants as much as possible, this has the best value in there area. And great service! Alexander Hamilton and Nina are excellent, and every one is very patient and polite

I took the food to the wrong table laid it down on the other person's table and then you try to bring it to us but we told her we didn't want it so they said they was making it over with a super rush and wasn't even hot not even warm the waitress was too busy socializing with some of her friends the food is very very lousy

This Ihop is like most others.the food was good and I always enjoy their coffee. Our waitress was extremely nice and friendly. All the Covid regulations are strictly followed. Social distancing, mask wearing, etc. Overall, a good experience. I just worry how many of the restaurants will be closing though because of the pandemic. Please support local restaurants during this time, even just for take-out.

We went yesterday and had the best server. Her name is Nina. The food was so good and I appreciated how she was sweet. Made sure we were ok. Gave us updates on how long we'd be waiting for on our food. If we needed anything. Just the best service we have ever received so I definately appreciate her and the staff that was there in the morning from the entrance to the staff in the kitchen. Everyone and everything was perfect!

My food was over cooked. My husband's for wasn't cooked all the way. Service wasn't the greatest.

Food was very good, we had burgers. Service was slow. We were there on a Wednesday evening at 7: 50. It was mostly empty and it took about 35 minutes for our burgers and salad to come out. Staff was pleasant and refilled our waters without being asked.

First visit was great. Second visit on a Sunday very disappointing. Eggs and bacon were under cooked and service was slow. Manager and server were very nice and apologetic.

Only half the place was being used, 2 waitresses, one cook.waited 10 mins to be seat, no one else waiting only 4 tables full.overheard family behind say they were waiting 30 mins for food.very slow service here.not the first time it's been like that but it will be my last

IHOP is always a good breakfast deal, I wouldn't mind trying there burgers. The service was excellent

The place had awesome food earlier. It has not maintained it's own standards. I loved this restraunt but not anymore

2 hours for breakfast and then they forgot to even make my 5 year olds food. People that sat an hour after us were done eating and left before we received our order.

This is my first time to this location. I must say that the workers from the waitress to the manager we're great and friendly! It kinda of took awhile to get the food but that's because it was a new cook so I can't fault him for that. Everyone has to learn when they take on a new job. Cooking in a restaurant is NOT like cooking in your own home.
