IHOP, Cincinnati OH

Took too long for my liking. After sitting there for 15 mins without being served drinks and then sitting another 15 mins still no drinks nor food. No thank you sir. Wont be a next time

I SEEN BUGS EVERYWHERE! They had no clean cups even though they had little to nobody in there restaurant. Our waitress was the MANAGER and she still had the most nonchalant attitude. Plus to top it off my pancakes wasn’t even done nor did they look presentable! I so disappointed.

Food was great but it took along time to receive our food. When we asked for the check they stated they would bring it right out however it took another 10 minutes.

Would love to leave a review for the food, but unfortunately we weren't even provided the service upon entering. Hostess was nowhere to be seen, waited for 10 minutes for someone to come help us, and no one did. So we left

Went here with a couple of friends for a late night bite. Service was great however, my friend's plate had hair in it. They were courteous enough to replace it only to give us the same issue. On top of that, the side dish of eggs that came with the meal was sent to us on the filthiest plate they had in the kitchen. There was so muk on it you could drag your finger through It and leave a trail.

Very rude. Served me cold food and sausage was cold and undercooked pancakes was cold and hard. The staff had a attitude when I asked to reheat the food. My kids said the food tasted weird and it was even black stuff on the pancakes. I suggest that you all dont come here.

We went fairly early in the morning (7am), but I was surprised how slow the service was. There weren't very many other customers, and there were plenty of servers. But the food was good!

Steak strips w/ teriyaki sauce smothered w/onions mushrooms.mmmm w/ mashpotatoes that needs to be improved. I believe the potato needs only salt & butter maybe some pepper, so the potato mashed up was not tasty. I ordered some spinach.and it was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. IHOP have some great varieties of foods. Keep up the great fresh taste.

Food was good, had to send it back, still wasn't completely correct, but it was delicious. I am hoping that my server was just having an off day.

Horrible service waited 20 minutes and no one came to take my order. I was told twice someone would be over to take my order, I just left.

Always have great servers, but there seems to be a problem with labor at this location. Usually see only two people running the FOH, but this could also be because the store is so small.

Ihopped into IHOP since my leg fell asleep in the car.so I did some walking laps in the restaurant then sat down and had pancakes then I drove home.

The management is terrible at this location. The service is usually bad, the food takes forever, and the managers are unhelpful.

Great place to meet a friend or bring the family. This location is particularly easy to get to right next to the highway. A great meeting spot for the family as we all converge to one spot with ease. Easy Parking. Good service, the food comes out fast, and there's almost always some sort of promotion that puts the kids in a great mood.

Ok. It took 30 mins to just get coffee for a carry out order. Not enough staff. Table needed to be cleaned. I won't be going there anytime soon.

Not so good service. The server wasn't attentive and had waiting a lot after ordering my meal. I ordered the smokehouse combo which was good.

I think a prereq to working at IHOP is that you have to move as sloooow as possible no matter the circumstance. 3 people saw me standing there and I had to literally call out to request for some assistance. It took 7 minutes just to finally get my food. Just sad how consistently slow the service is with no apologies

My server was very attentive to all of her tables. She also showed she was a team player- I noticed her help other servers around her several times. The rest of the staff did just as awesome a job as she. The coffee was fresh, the food was hot and delicious, and the good times rolled until I departed my own way. Thanks IHOP)

Horrible 20 minutes after I ordered was informed they didn't have wat I ordered but brings out wat my company ordered then tells me about mine. Never going back

Service was horrible! My elite group of gospel professional waited almost two hours for our food. It was cold, came out at different times. We seen everyone get served and gone before we even got ours plates! Some of my guest didn't want there food, because it was cold, the wrong order, upset, and even had food removed off the receipt. Only person that was good to us was Nelly. She's an asset for management at this IHOP! Blessings Nelly!
