IKEA, Columbus OH

A sign in the cafeteria says family meal for $21.99 and it feeds a family of 4. My final price for that meal was and 3 fountain drinks was $35. And there wasn't a napkin to be found. Plus the person who handed me the food didn't seem to care. I used to love this place but everything is getting ruined now

Never again. Ikea is trash. Ordered the Hemnes dresser from them online. Received it and went to assemble it and the holes in the wood were misaligned so that I could not install the drawer rails. Spoke with Ikea support and the shipped us new rails not new wood. The problem was the same obviously. Finally decided to ship the dresser back and get a replacement from Ikea. Only to have these dopes send us the incorrect boxes. We needed boxes 1,2, and 3. We received boxes 1,2,1.this is the worst furniture company in my opinion. Will never order from them again. Currently waiting for the expedited shipment that was to be delivered today and still have not received it as of yet. Ikea not sure how you fix your service but it needs addressed. This was a pitiful experience and we will never or from you or even recommend any does. Just go to a furniture store and buy what you need and get it delivered and stay far and away IKEA.
Wait there's more.these idiots cancelled the box order because we have 3 boxes. My wife had to reiterate to these utter and complete morons that we have boxes 1,2, and 1 again. We need boxe 3 that is part of this kit. The INCOMPETENCE of Ikea personally is STAGGERING! Now we have to wait another week for the correct box to come because these dummies cancelled the original expedited order. DO NOT USE IKEA. You are better off lawn shopping for what you need.

Huge selection of stuff.one day would like to try the restaurant.very difficult to navigate, I heard probably 10 couples or more including us complain about the maze they were lost in.with that being said we did find a couple things for our new home

I really don't enjoy shopping but IKEA is a game changer! Let me tell ya- I love the ideas and I love putting the furniture together. Our store is 3 hours away and I'II go back in a heartbeat.:)

Went to IKEA to get some pantry items. They seemed a little understocked. Not sure if there is some transitioning going on or what. Was looking for roe and they didn't have any. I was sure they carried that before. Maybe it's seasonal.

I particularly liked the dinner, very nice menu for a break during your shopping or after you're done,
plus the fact that there are benches around the showroom (every store should do same) so you can sit take a minute and relax, then keep going shopping.didn't really like the map and signing system, wasn't able to catch on it, it may be conceived for smarter guys

You will get lost in the store but it's okay because they have great items for everything you need inside and outside your home

Love Ikea! They have so many cute and affordable home items, and as a European living in US, I really appreciate the style!

IKEA has really changed over the years a lot of the products that I've come to Love they just Don't sell anymore I still love IKEA but products like the picture frames I was used to getting a couple of the shelves are just not for sale anymore and I miss the catalogs

A plethora of household items from pretty much every room of the house. Had fun trying to pronounce the Swedish names of the products. Although, some seemed pretty straightforward.

You can find everything you need there, the concept is the same everywhere, it's easy to find your way around

I recently moved to the US from UAE. Wanted to checkout IKEA for setting up the new place. This one was far away from the city. Which is as i understand are most IKEAS. Miss Placed my cart with my passport at the store. The employees immediately kept it aside, which i appreciated. Very friendly staff.

I'm never, EVER ordering from this store again. I paid an extra $50 to have the items (a bed frame, a mattress, and 2 pillows) delivered, but when they were delivered, there was no mattress. After chatting twice with very unhelpful customer service, still no one can even PREDICT when my mattress will be delivered. So I have a bed frame I cannot sleep on, I was NEVER contacted and told that this order would come in 2 separate waves, no one can tell me when my mattress will ACTUALLY come or how many nights I'll continue needing to sleep on the floor. Just buy your items and bring them home yourself, or better yet, shop somewhere else. This has been an all around disgusting experience - IKEA is cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.

A little too pricey due to inflation and anniversary sale doesn't have plenty of sale items. The cafeteria was good!

It's always great walking through the showroom either for ideas or steps. I use the app a lot and i find it very helpful for finding things in the store.
