IKEA West Chester Home Furnishings reviews
32It's a standard IKEA store in greater Cincinnati area. Nice collection as every other ikea store. Plus it's right on 75 freeway with easy access. Plenty of parking.
Service is non-existent. Half of what I want is out of stock every time I go, and the other half is out of stock online.
If you have never been, Ikea is the most fun home store to shop in. So many cool things and whole rooms set up to show you how to use everything and make it look cute!
Love this place. Didn't have what I was looking for but staff was super helpful and their prices are always amazing.
I came in found my item received a print out of the items to build my tv stand & pulled what I needed. The staff was very helpful.
Just finished assembling a dresser. At least 4 hours by myself. Went together perfectly and the exact parts needed to finish.
Be ready to walk and put together the furniture but the price and quality make it worth it. Love that it is so nearby.
Shopping for kitchen gadgets, curtains, and couch coverings.got everything but the curtains because we needed curtains shorter than IKEA had.
Store was nice. The food area past the checkout was a disgrace. The coffee was brewed 5 hours earlier according to the label and was ice cold. Refrigerated food seemed warm and are was dirty in general.
No gluten free chicken meatballs in the cafe at the time of writing, (11/10/18) but the frozen ones were still available for purchase downstairs. Fancy coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise a good experience.
Very helpful associates in self serve furniture aisles, Michael S. I Had trouble on 2nd floor finding help but once I did she was very helpful.
There is no easy way to get out of here. That could be a good thing or a bad thing. On a positive note, I absolutely love how accommodating they are to families! The cafeteria has bibs available and there are diaper dispensers in the bathrooms. Just so convenient. Even though we bring our own anyway its just good to know there's back up!
