Had holly.showed her a pic & she said she could do it. All blonde with Carmel lowlights. Came out with nearly all brown & no blonde so went back fr a cut & root touchup. Asked fr a little more blonde & got total blonde no caramel lowlights. Went back fr a little more caramel to b added & I showed her a thin strip of the color in my hair & said about 10 of this width. She said my color was already mixed I'd like it. Said I may have to dry my own hair if her next client comes in.left with all brown & mocha color & all my blonde colored over. Asked her why so dark. Said it would lighten up. Been using purple shampoo to get the color right like she said but not wrking. I just do not like what she chose as her decision fr my hair. Not even close to my pic. Hate to complain but will just go elsewhere.

Today was my first time at Illusions and I regret not going there way sooner! Robert is a master at his craft! He's very talented and so precise. I say that because he explained what he wanted to do and came through with flying colors! It's been a very long time since I left a hair salon completely satisfied and HAPPY ️

Robert is absolutely the best. He foiled and cut my hair the best ever. Paul is also very kind a great. I will be back.

Just moved from WA & away from my stylist.
Made my appt.with Robert & was very happy with his service. Made me feel welcomed, listened to what I wanted & provided a fabulous cut. He also does a smashing job with facial waxing. Definitely recommend checking out his Salon

I called to check if they took walk ins. They confirmed they did and to give him about 30 mins before coming in. I came in and was greeted immediately. The gentleman was cutting another client hair. I waited and he asked his client if he mind waxing me before finishing his hair. The client was gracious enough to agree for him to wax me. He was friendly, efficient and affordable. Nowadays it’s rare to find such great customer service. I would recommend Illusions to anyone! Great job! Thank you!

Being new to the area, I had a great first experience at this salon. I showed up a little late at the end of the day, and the owner personally fit me in and gave me a beautiful cut. I will definitely return again!

I've been going to holly for a while now, and whenever I get my hair done there it feels like there is always a little too much going on at once with the appointments. Hair always turns out nice though and the price can't be beat so I can't complain too much. And there's always a fun atmosphere.

We've been getting my son's Haircut here since she was able to have it cut he is 4 years old now almost 5. Holly does an amazing job with his hair and him. He even has his own little apron for when he goes in there.he absolutely loves her she does a great job

Worst haircut I’ve ever had in 50 years! And pedicure and manicure were done in a bucket plus it was the most expensive I’ve ever had.not worth money spent!

Very professional and clean. Holly and Bob are phenomenal and very talented. Highly recommend this place. This was my first visit today and definitely coming back. They treat you like family. They will go beyond too help you.
