The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the clientele that they draw in on their game nights are even more so. I can't recommend these guys enough

I get it, Pokémon and Magic are kinda big games. But I don't think they over shadow yugioh nearly enough to sell only those 2 games. I wondered why the parking lots almost empty everytime I drive drive by. Don't call yourself a card shop till you start selling all the big 3.

After buying 5 packs of sleeves, an employee came over to the table and kicked us out for having proxies. Wizards of the coast has approved proxies for casual play. Reporting 2 player casual games as sanctioned to boost numbers is not a good look. Sadly we will not be returning and will look to buy the board games we were interested in elsewhere. The girl with blueish hair at the counter was kind, personable, and has great customer service skills. The guy whose name I believe is Alex has no people skills and should interact with paying customers sparingly.

They are Scalpers including the owner. Do not sell them your cards. During transactions they will try and rip you off when you sell them your cards. They will tell you one thing then turn it around and have it be another way. Do not give him your cards to look at in a stack when selling.make sure to hand them to him one at a time so they look up the prices individually or he will force you to sell them in bulk instead of looking them up for you. They are very unfriendly and do not ever say hello when I enter the store. Most of the time the employees avoid you. I’ve bought a lot from them and I feel I have been treated poorly.

Chris I've refrained from saying anything because I grew up playing magic around you and your mom and I have a ton of respect for you running a small businesses in a small city which is why I occasionally participate in release events, come through with my children, buy and trade to you, and recommend your store. The short, gray haired guy who said his name is Brock has an awful attitude. It's not the first time me or other parts of my group caught attitude from him and is why they stopped spending money in your store. I wrote it off because I rarely have to deal with him. I came in to complete a trade for store credit because I was ready to buy $500 worth of Warhammer that I've been eyeballing for a while. He was dismissive when I came up to the counter. Rude when asking what I brought. Snide and dismissive when I told him. He told me he would not look through what I brought him and said: "ask me again if I have anything to show him that's worth something. " Would not take the time to look through two small boxes of cards and a handful of decks. I've avoided buying anything from your store on previous visits when he's working so I didn't have to deal with this smugg condescending tone. Now I will simply shop elsewhere. Unreal that you accept this mans disposition and have chosen to ignore or dismiss it yourself.

We went there for a prerelease and had a really great time. There's a huge selection of Pokemon and Magic stuff.

Plus, Brock and Wesley are cool people.

There's a subway right next door to, in case you're hungry.

They have a great selection of cards. They have this cool kiosk where you can search for and order cards. Then the order will be ready in a few minutes. Super convenient to check if they have a specific card quickly.

My kid likes to play cards there. The staff is great and I always feel safe letting my son stay and play cards.
