I dont have words to express how gratefull I am with Turner, he just buy my bike, he is excellent at his job! Very commited, he did not care of the cold, he came and did paperworks for us! Will be eternally gratefull with him

I contacted Independent Motorsports about selling my Motorcycle. I hadn’t ridden for over two years and had no way of taking it to them. I talked to Turner on the phone and he said no problem I will come to you. I have to admit I was a bit nervous having a complete stranger that I had never met come to my home but Turner made it easy for me. He is very professional & great at his job!

I wanted to sell my Harley; I just happened to see Independent Motorsports while on High Street in Columbus. I called the next day and had a great conversation with Dustin. I arranged to bring my bike to their store to try and sell it. On 9/15/22 I stopped in and met Dustin. Then I met Ray. I was treated with utmost respect. My time was valuable to them. In the end I sold my bike and with the help of Mark it was a very smooth transaction. I highly recommend Independent Motorsports and the guys there. Thanks for your time, service and honesty l. Fantastic experience overall and what I would call an above and beyond level of customer service. Absolutely considering this shop first for our future used bike needs.

My wife and I are new riders (have permits, taking BRS in a month) and have been learning on a 2006 Ninja 250. For various reasons, we needed something different. We were shocked to see a 2021 Rebel 300 ABS on Ind Moto's website with very low mileage. Knowing how quickly these come and go, we decided to check it out in person.

Dustin (sales) and Pam (finance) were both great and easy to work with. Both clarified things for us without any pushy or manipulative tactics. No bait-and-switch, no pressuring into unneeded or unwanted financing options, etc.

I think the price was reasonable given the bike's condition and mileage. Plus it has a V&H exhaust, and Rebels are so hard to find in general these days, especially ones in such great condition.

We didn't feel comfortable riding the bike home due to the distance and us being so inexperienced. It turns out we don't live very far from the owner, Ray, so Dustin said he'd see if Ray could deliver the bike to us on his way home. He did, and we weren't even charged for it. My understanding is that usually someone from the service department delivers for a nominal fee, but many of them were out today at an event, so that wasn't possible, and since this was Saturday we'd otherwise have to wait until Monday. Regardless, this was a really nice thing to do and very much above and beyond. And it doesn't even stop there!

At delivery, Ray showed us some stuff with the 300 in more detail. I mentioned our Ninja 250 and how it hasn't really been suitable, being slightly too tall for my wife and having what seems like a wonky choke. (And so I should mention, the Ninja was purchased elsewhere, not at Ind Moto.) Ray offered to take a look at it and ultimately concluded that something was definitely wrong. He provided clear advice on next steps. I mentioned I was largely over the bike and fully willing to part with it since the Rebel is all we'd need for a while, and he went so far as to provide a ballpark estimate for resale value. Then he mentioned he knows someone who may be willing to buy the Ninja and would look into setting something up if possible. And when he noticed how soft and warped the Ninja's keys were, he gave me contact info for someone who can make replacement copies.

Overall a great experience resulting in much more than we could have asked or hoped for.

It’s been 43 years since I have ridden a motorcycle I stopped in to look at a bike I seen on the Internet I hooked up with the salesman Dustin and I had such a great experience at the dealership and with Dustin I Purchased a Honda Goldwing when the sale was complete Dustin walked me through how to ride a motorcycle again he is awesome I recommend anybody who needs a motorcycle to go ask for Dustin I do not remember the name of the lady in the parts department but she help fit me with a helmet the personal instruction & care she gave me was amazing

This place is great, I worked with Dustin. I was looking for a street glide, they called when they got one in, I rode it home the next evening

Great people and customer service! Got a gorgeous cbr600rr! Absolutely love it. Shaunda was a pleasure to work with and the sales/technicians got my bike ready for the road super quick. Hopefully they’ll be there when I need em again if I want to upgrade in the future! Thanks guys!

Turner was a great person to deal with when it came to selling my motorcycle to Independent. He made the selling experience quick and painless by facilitating the entire process and coming out to my house to evaluate/purchase the motorcycle. I would highly recommend both Turner and the Independent Motorsports team.

Bought a motorcycle here and would not go back. Jared the salesman was wonderful but the bald headed sales manager was awful. The only reason I'm never going back or recommending them is him. He's extremely errogant and rude. Go to auto boutique. Cheaper bikes and much nicer staff

10/10 would recommend this place to everyone. Bought 2 bikes with Dustin who is a great salesman. Shaunda who got the financing together. Ray and his team in the service department who did upgrades on my bike. Everyone was amazingly friendly and personable. I will definitely be back if we decide on a third bike.
