Stopped by the Columbus, Ohio, location to be measured and to order a suit. Very professional experience with a great atmosphere. Looking forward to receiving my new suit soon!

I ordered a suit for my wedding at the Columbus-Easton location. Stephen made the entire process from material selection to the measurements to the suit customization smooth and easy. There was plenty of options with material and style, so we found just what we were looking for. Great service and overall experience!

I don't recommend them. You do not get to try on the suit/material until after you buy the product. If it comes and you don't like it, no refunds. This would be anything purchased through them. I bought a white shirt and they wouldn't let me return it. Now I have a $120 white dress shirt I can't wear.

Expext your suit to not fit perfectly right away when you get it for timing. My friends had the same issue.

These people are the best of all. They make sure you enjoy every bit of your money. I'm so glad I worked with them and that they made me look so good.

I went in to get my measurements and was taken good care of by Stephen. The measurement process was very thorough; Stephen communicated with me the whole time, telling me what he was doing and confirming with me that everything looked and felt good. Afterwards, he walked me through the store so I could look at different suit colors, lining and felt options, and other various customizable aspects of the suit. I appreciated his knowledge and attentiveness, and I'll be placing an order for a custom suit very soon.

Fiancé and had a fitting for tuxes for our wedding. The staff at the store friendly and thorough during our fitting. Once our items arrived we scheduled a final look as one of our shirts needed altered and we had questions on the fit of our tuxes. The onsite tailor was able get the shirt altered quickly and again staff was great. Recommend for any suits, tuxes, shirts!

From the moment I walked into the store they were ready to get started. The measurements were perfect and the customer service was amazing.

This was my first visit to Indochino. I didn’t know they had an actual physical store. The employees were very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be back.

I went to Indochino in Easton Columbus. The staffs were very nice and professional. They did all the measurements in detail and multiple times they asked me if I want to make any customization. I do not have the suit yet to talk about that but the Easton staff are friendly and professional.

I arrived a few minutes late for a measurement appointment. I was greeted and taken back for the measurements. The entire process was explained in detail and performed efficiently. Overall an excellent experience and I would return to this location if I am ever in the area again.

I am disappointed to have to write this review, but it has been 3 weeks since I emailed customer service and I still have not received a response. I ordered my wedding suit in 2019 and loved it. When it came time to get my wardrobe ready for trial, 2022, I scheduled an appointment and got refitted. My experience in store was great, but now I am left with clothes that do not fit and that were poorly made. When the clothes arrived, none of my dress shirts fit. However, there is no option to get those refitted so I reached out to customer service. No response. Then, less than a week after getting my suit, and the first time wearing them, the suit pants ripped on the seem. Again, I messaged customer service. No response. That was almost three weeks ago. Hopefully this gets resolved, but until then I will need to find suits for my upcoming trial.

The suits are nice and high quality. They are experiencing a staffing shortage so call ahead of any appointment you make. Otherwise you could be waiting around for a while

The whole team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Scott answered all of my questions and made the whole experience very comfortable.

I went for a fitting. It was very easy and the person who helped me was knowledgable and very helpful. He was also helpful in giving me some topics about suits.

I haven’t had a suit delivered yet but the store itself and the staff were great.

It’s really disappointing that I’m writing a 1-star review as I recently got married and ordered Indochino suits for my groomsman from the store in Charlotte, North Carolina. The experience was great and the suits fit well. However, this has not been my experience at Easton.

I visited the Easton store and was all around very unimpressed with the customer service and the fitting experience. The entire process was rushed and the person doing my measurements seemed like they could care less. Because of this, I shouldn’t have expected anything more than mediocre when my suit arrived. I received one lower than mediocre.

I’m not sure what measurements where taken, but I received the most ill-fitted suit I’ve ever purchased. I’ve bought off-the-rack suits that fit better. Outside of receiving the wrong jacket style (I ordered an unstructured jacket; received a half-canvas jacket), the sleeves were ~2 inches too long, the chest a full 3 sizes too big, and the trousers too big in the waist and far too long. I know I wear my suits slim, but isn’t that the point of taking measurements?

I scheduled another appointment to have it re-tailored, and yet again, it still doesn’t fit correctly. Bummer.

I’ll be taking this problem to my regular tailor with my fullest apologies of trusting someone else.

As my groomsman had a good experience at the Charlotte store and are overall pleased with their suit, I can only assume this is an issue that originated at this store with improper measurements and a lack of caring. However, because of this experience I’ll probably never order a suit again from Indochino.

Really disappointed with our experience at Indochino Easton.

We’ve made wedding consultations twice and each time it seems like they have no interest in taking the time to help us. The first time we went, it was suggested that we come back 5-6 weeks before the wedding since my fiancé was losing weight and the store said it would be too difficult to alter.

We made an appointment 8 weeks before the wedding which was cancelled by the store the day before. We made another appointment 7 weeks before the wedding and barely got in the door before being turned away because the deadline was too close, even though the salesperson was citing a 5-6 week turnaround time. The salesperson stated that there was no way to expedite and even recommended a competitor as to not have to take our measurements.

Certainly would not recommend.

Easy to get an appointment, often you can just walk in and there is time to ask questions. Fitting was professional and offered some great features. Cost was very affordable for budgets of ALL types. And turnaround time, from first fit to door delivery, was about a month, very quick!

I have read some reviews here before to order with this company. I like to write honest reviews so I test the product. Sincerely I had the best experience with them and would like to give them 10 stars but I cannot. I am a French style guy so I like suits. These people have provided me the best experience I ever had about custom suit here in USA. Yes, it takes time to have your custom suit (4 to 6 weeks). But the suit is very well made with a good quality fabric. I will buy again for sure

I made an appointment to get measured for suits. They measure you help you make style choices and then order the suits which are mailed to you. There are a lot of options and the staff is very friendly.

When the suits first arrived, alterations were needed. The jacket sleeve length was about 3 inches too short. I called the store and was asked to come up again, so that I could be re-measured. I went to the store and was remeasured a second time. I waited once again for the altered suit jackets to be shipped again.

Today the jackets arrived and the sleeves are about 2.5 inches too short. I called the store and was asked to come to the store a 3rd time to be remeasured.

I also tried to place an order for my company for customized shirts and suits which was canceled by the store with no explanation as to why.

While the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and professional, it seems that the manager is never around to handle customer service issues.
