Had a scheduled Oil Change and Tire Rotation at 9am. It took almost 90 minutes- 1hour and 20 minutes to be exact. The last 3 times we've been here for service EVERYONE is different. The ONLY familiar face is the receptionist. I don't know what is happening at this dealership but the customer service and leadership are severly lacking. I also didn't get my car washed like the check-in guy, Hunter said I would.
I can only hope that the service gets better.

I have difficulties scheduling because of my job. The staff at IOA did their best to fit my repairs into my busy schedule and minimize my loss of work. Thank you!

Didn’t purchase my vehicle from here but my tire deflated while in Akron. Hunter in the service department was nothing short of amazing! They were able to swap my tire out and help me get back home! Environment was very friendly.

Hunter greeted me when I entered. He kept me informed of my progress at timely intervals. He quickly resolved my issues and answered my questions.

Oil change and inspection check done in a very timely manner. Employees always friendly and the store is always clean. Another positive trip to the dealership!

Very unhappy with this dealership! Very shady! And very pushy! Extremely deceiving! They tried forcing me into extra charges and warranties. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone!

Hunter the service advisor was very professional and polite. I’ve been to a few different dealers for an issue with my vehicle and they were the only ones to find out what the issue was. This is the only dealer I will be bringing my Infiniti to from now on!

Hunter was professional and courteous. Great customer service with shuttle service, front desk reception and service department with periodic updates on my vehicle. I would recommend having Infiniti of Akron service any Infiniti vehicle.

So far it seems as though the work was done well. It did take quite a bit longer than estimated- over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation… while I waited in their waiting area.

I brought my QX60 for service here and everyone was very helpful and kind. Service was completed very quickly, and I was able to get some work done in their waiting room.

Brought my 2015 QX60 in with noise and a possible transmission error code. They kindly gave my son a a loaner (sons car, only in real world for 1 year) and kept it til you found the problem. It’s a BIG problem (transfer case) that he can’t afford to fix so unfortunately we are trading it in. Can’t say enough about how kind and through service advisors were. We thank them for helping out our son.

This is the second time I came in with the same problem. It goes to show that if you get the right person you’ll get great service. This time Casey waited on me. She went the extra mile and called a level up and they took care of the problem for me in a very fair manner. I’ve had two infinities over the last 10 years. This is the kind of service that will make me look at getting a third.
