We found Ada and her travel agency on Facebook! We were pleased that she came up with some unique ideas about what to expect as we prepared 8 months in advance for our Alaskan cruise from Our local airport to Seattle to stay in a hotel that we got help choosing for our budget. We are senior citizens and have mobility issues so she ordered wheelchair pickup from the moment we checked in at the airport, we couldn’t have maneuvered ourself so quick and efficiently with out her guidance. She gave us ideas on how to travel even what to pack. We had to stay overnight in Seattle and needed help getting to a restaurant and she said the hotel would have a printout of the closest restaurants and we tried getting an Uber and had no luck but she told us to ask the hotel shuttle to drive us which was part of hotel service. The shuttle picked us up at the airport took us to the hotel out to dinner and back to the Airport which was so convenient and free. She had us look in advance at the ship we would be in and Ins and outs of their services. She told us to ask housekeeping to charge up our scooters every night she got us signed up to rent scooters for our ship and while at ports made life easier. She suggested to pack light with similar colors and to use housekeeping services laundry service. Packing light sure helped the lightweight luggage easier to handle. Our trip was perfect and we give her all the credit. Thank You Ada for making us feel like family.

We were so impressed with the concern that Ada had with our well being as we are seniors and needed help at the airport to get handicap crews to take us to our gates and even down the runway! We had a beautiful time and she had us set up as we got to the entrance to the ship with scooters to use onboard and at ports to ship. Our room onboard was really nice. Felt like royalty. She made sure each time we talked about our cruise to Alaska before we left that we would know a lot of the ins and outs of the ship services and that we could count on her if we needed to call her with questions. She educated us beyond belief.
She gave us tips to use even as we got to the hotel to make our stay easier in Seattle before and after the cruise. Her suggestions and insight are quite welcome. Ada knows her job and has even booked us other flights to out of town and state as I traveled for various reasons including setting up the car rental service. Very pleased she makes you feel like family.
