I called Tim when a section of siding blew off of my home, and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He presented several options, and then was able to track down a piece of siding that perfectly matched the 20 year old piece that had fallen off of my home. He is a true miracle worker! The work was completed quickly, done well and very fairly priced. There is no question who I will call for any/all siding, gutter and roof repairs in the future. We called Tim on Friday regarding a small roof issue due to wind to get an estimate, he quickly was able to get out to us next day on Saturday and patch up the issue with little trouble to us. We greatly appreciate his speed and kindness in dealing with this issue before cold weather hit. We will definitely be using Infinity Solutions Ohio in the future.

Last Thursday 8 /11 / 22 I had a complete roof replacement done due to a hail storm 5 /3 / 22 Infinity Solutions of Ohio, out of Dublin Ohio did the great job. Their 9 man crew started at 7 am, took a one hour lunch at noon and cleaned up and finished the whole job bye 6 pm the same day. It looks geat and the owners Tim Moore, Mark Wilkins and Aaron were very professional to work with. In two weeks they are coming back to replace all of the siding due to the same hail storm. Infinity Solutions Ohio was a pleasure to work with through the entire roof replacement process. In our particular situation, Tim Moore walked us through the steps needed to not only file a wind damage claim, but informed us in advance of the extra painstaking steps that would be required to eventually gain approval from the Aaron Rogers endorsed insurance company. And after 4+ months of claim reviews with numerous adjusters, Tim assessment proved to be correct! When it came to the actual roof replacement, the Infinity team didn’t disappoint. Like any construction project, surprises were discovered along the way, but the extra material and labor needed wasn’t added to our bill. I would highly recommend Infinity Solutions Ohio to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing a new roof.

When I requested for Roof Inspection, Tim Moore stopped by to do the same, and after the inspection he provided detailed explanation on how much lift on the roof, and he clearly recommended not to replace the roof now, as it have considerable amount of life left. My interaction with Tim Moore was informative, even I did not use the service from Tim Moore still wanted to give review to credit the honesty.

Mark and team were absolutely AMAZING. I'm so thankful that a trusted friend (in the business) gave me their information. We had a wind storm come through and wreak havoc on our roof. The team was out to tarp it almost immediately (before incoming weather) and because of the damage and their expertise, we ended up getting an entirely new roof put on through insurance. We could not have been more grateful. They were excellent to work with, especially with insurance adjusters involved. I absolutely love the new roof and love that we picked a great new color! Install was done in a single day. The crew was wonderful and didn't leave anything out of place when they left. Not a shingle, piece of trash or nail to be seen. Outstanding roofing company. Made the process of replacing my roof easy. They found storm damage that I was unaware of on an inspection and the Insurance company covered the replacement. The installation team did quick and quality work. They did a great job cleaning up. Would do business with them again in the future.

Really helpful with the process of getting my roof claim approved. Easy to work with. They made us feel important. They care for they workers that really shows the character of the company. We had several leaks on our house and not good ventilation. Now we have a beautiful new roof and we can feel the air flow in our attic.

A few weeks ago I had Infinity Solutions Roofing Company come out to quote a new roof on our home. After about 20 minutes of talking with this owner I felt he was arrogant and very rigid in his sales approach. He pulled up in my driveway liked he was the owner, not a good idea with me. First of all he told me what shingles would be used and initially wanted 65% of the total project cost before he even started the project. I don't think so. When I inquired about potential damage to surrounding landscaped areas as a result of shingles damaging landscape he was very evasive and felt that he could sell his way out of the issue should it come up. I then decided to advise him via text I was choosing another provider. He then texted me and cussed in his text and used name calling directed at me. This owner is really a bush league operator. He would be, in my opinion, the dictionary description of how not to run a company. This was my experience so make your own judgements but beware. Feel free to PM me if you would like more detail. I'm so happy I selected another provider for my project.

What a blessing Tim Moore (sales, lead restoration consultant) was with Infinity Solutions Ohio. Any problems we had with insurance and Gutter Helmet (terrible product
and wouldn't honor our lifetime guarantee), Tim Moore found solutions for us! Infinity Solutions installed a new roof, gutters and leaf guard system. The installers were polite prompt and professional. Their price was a good value. My husband and I are happy to recommend them to all of our neighbors. Several are also happy customers!
