Where have you been all my life? After finishing up my first session with Luis today, I feel like a million buck! Being nervous and not knowing what to expect, I was immediately put at ease when Luis explained to me the process of accessing my baseline and establishing my goals. Getting older in age, I have lost a lot of flexibility and range of motion. I wanted a program that helped me regain the mobility I need to maintain my active lifestyle. Luis was professional and knowledgeable about physiology, explaining how the program will get after my end goals. Luis expertly guided me through the assisted stretches, reminding me to breathe. Transitioning from position to position, I felt deeper stretches without experiencing any pain. Came in for a free session and met with Matt. He was awesome and very informative. I decided to sign up that day, but I was not informed that you only have 3 days to cancel before the cancelation fee of $99 will apply. If I had known that, I would've made sure to cancel before then since I wasn't sure I had the time to commit to something for 6 months since I was starting school again. I ended up calling to cancel 5 days after signing up. No extra appointments were made, so I didn't have to cancel anything besides the membership. I asked if there was any way they could waive the fee, and they told me no. They said their "system" won't allow them to. So congrats on making $99 off of a "free" stretch.

Also, most of the 5 star reviews are based on them offering an extra stretch at no cost to you if you leave them one.

Would 100% recommend! Just had my first visit/ consultation. I left with the tightness in my lower back gone, and just overall feeling 3x better then when I walked in.
