Innovative Vision, Cincinnati OH

I had an excellent experience at Innovative Vision getting a new pair of glasses. They accepted my vision insurance (big reduction in cost) and were very helpful in selecting new frames.

I was very happy with my glass purchase experience. I met with Maureen, showed her what style fit my face and she quickly picked out about 9 pair to try on. Narrowed it to two and had made my decision in about 10 minutes. She know what my lenses were, even though I had bought my previous glasses elsewhere.

Registered online which was easy. Upon arriving, checked in and was seen almost right away. Very little wait time for anything. Everything was very clean. Felt very comfortable and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor spent time answering my questions.

REplacement of broken eye glasses/ Staff was outstanding in ordering and fitting the new glasses. Very happy to be with Innovative vision for my optical needs

Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional. I moved here from Chicago after 15 years with an eye doc I really liked. I was afraid he'd be tough to match, but I was VERY pleased with Dr. Corcoran.a wonderful facility.

Everyone is kind & caring. I saw Dr. Kuhlman for an eye concern & his exam was through. He explained the problems found then recommended the extra care I needed to take alleviate the issues.

Quality all the way. Very busy place, which indicates to me that they are good at what they do. I found them to be very honest about what I needed (or didn't need) to do. New glasses are pretty pricey though.
